Like everyone on here I'm in the same boat I ordered the same air fryer on 10 july no confirmation I've sent e-mail after e-mail with no reply it's disgusting how they can advertise on what we all think is a safe platform.

Firstly I wish I had read trust pilot reviews, because this company KITCHENPRO is complete scam
They are advertising on Google and YouTube, there website is very professional, no spelling mistakes, like other people I thought I was buying from a reputable UK company, it advertised a Ninja Air Fryer £29 reduced greatly and one per customer . I thought I was buying from a English company but it was Brazilian a address Bela Horizonte , when I paid the I was told it would be shipped from Brazil and also no email confirmation, so I was suspicious, in the past week I have not seen any of there ads .
I just wonder how these Fraudsters can get away with this . I just wonder why we have a trading standards.

what a scam honestly! i paid and never got my air fryer. can not even open a website either! Should get reported!

This air fryer was advertised when we were looking at a Google site. We went to payment page, and it came up to pay with our bank details ( which we would NEVER do) or through Google pay ( which we have used before ) so we thought it was legitimate. We contacted Google pay, and they said it was between us and the seller. SO WE WILL NEVER USE GOOGLE PAY AGAIN, AND ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO .

Scammers. Took money from account and never sent the item.

Like everyone else who have been scammed, I bought for the ninja air fryer that was advertised by this company but lo and behold I didn’t know that it’s a fake company. I thought it was a British company and nothing looked suspicious until when I didn’t received the air fryer on the date it was meant to be delivered. I didn’t receive the order confirmation, neither response from the company. I have sent emails so far but no response. My bank is not accepting my claim and it will take 15 weeks for their investigation to complete before I get a refund . This is a fake company and with these complaints, Google should be responsible because they are aware of this company using their platform to advertise.

As with the other reviews I have been duped paid for a Ninja Air Fryer but received no confirmation email and no reply to my 4 emails which have all been returned unopened - total scam do not buy from this company - does anyone know is there a body who I can report this company to to prevent others from the experience - FB should ban their posts!!!

I ordered a ninja airfryer beginning of June, no confirmation email. I have messaged them twice as the money has been taken out of my account.. No reply at all. Looks like I've been scammed. I'm very careful but forgot the rule of if it seems too good to be true then it usually is! I feel a fool for being taken in. Please do not make the same mistake.
