Hi Irene,
Many thanks for your Fab 5 Star review. We work hard to achieve the very best result for our customers every time, so it's always great to hear that we've done it yet again.
You've pointed out that there's a small blemish on one of your drawers, so please be assured that it will be rectified as soon as Steve's returned from his holiday's next week, really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I know I didn't need to, but I just wanted to mention it to hopefully turn a small negative into a bigger positive and to reassure future customers that as a company, we don't run away from you if problems occur, instead we'll always do everything we can to make sure we keep you smiling.
Once again a massive thanks for your fab review Irene and please enjoy your kitchen for many years to come.
See you soon.
Howard and the team x
Delighted our ‘new’ kitchen
Delighted our ‘new’ kitchen - we moved into a house with a good quality but dated kitchen and the work the team did has transformed it. Very easy to get a quote and the work set up, the team travelled a good distance to do the work, and the quality is excellent. Taking the doors to spray off-site gave a superb finish and the guys who did the in-situ work were really lovely, efficient and professional. Steve was very responsive and even sent over some extra paint for touch-ups long after the work was completed. Would really recommend (and have to friends) - everyone who visits is shocked it isn’t a new kitchen!

5 stars
Great communication throughout, lovely finish on my very old kitchen and it now looks brand new. The team recommended handles which are just perfect. There was a genuine mistake with one of the doors that they had remade for me being too small but it was remade and rectified immediately. The team were lovely, very respectful of my home and left it beautifully clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in future.

Delighted with our ‘new’ kitchen
Delighted with our ‘new’ kitchen. Kitchen Repray did everything thing they promised. There was a delay (by a day) in starting the project (a simple miscalculation due to a bank holiday). Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. There was a hiccup with some door alignments but I could not fault their response. Coming out the same evening and fixing everything just right, even sorting a door that had never opened properly! I would highly recommend them for their honesty and great service. The results of their work means we now have a kitchen to be proud of. Thanks to all at Kitchen Respray

Very lucky to find these guys via a recommendation - I had a 16 year old very tired and worn looking kitchen, this was restored to look brand new - I’m a really fussy git and I can’t fault this service or the guys who run it, seriously professional process and execution, especially the lovely couple who sprayed my cupboards on site - very very meticulous and skilled, before this I was considering a new kitchen - would have paid more 😂

Just had my kitchen completed and I could not be happier than I am. I would give 6* if they allowed, everything was flawless, the process of choosing colours, how to have the kitchen prepared and how it would all be an amazing transformation on the day of the onsite was explained by the team. The level of communication, from the initial call to the visit and the job was great. They are all so easy to get on with.
I did read a previous review and I am very unimpressed with how they have portrayed the company and I can only assume they have left their comments to the wrong people!!!
You need to look beyond some other people’s opinions and definitely not miss out on the opportunity to have the best decision you will ever make for your kitchen makeover swayed.
I would and will highly recommend this company. *****

Don’t recommend
I can’t recommend this company due to their quality of work. On completion there were 15 snags which included rough paint, scratches, chips and runs. The follow up conversations were not handled well, not an easy company to deal with.

Thank you JW for you review, all reviews are welcome. However I feel a little context here would be helpful. As a company we aim to get things right every time but we are human and sometimes we don't. But if problems occur, we always, without fail ensure that we do our utmost to make things good. Our reputation means everything. On this occasion there were some snags and one particular issue (dry edges) affecting multiple doors, that you have unfairly broken down to classify as 15 separate snags.
Your kitchen was 17 years old and in such poor condition, we even made several new doors for you. Following the respray, once you raised concerns, we came back to your home, ran through the issues and offered options to remedy these. You didn't allow us to remove the affected doors to respray them or fix the snags that were in-situ. Instead, we left so you could consider the options and you later advised that you didn't intend to pay us for the work we had done in your home.
We aren't unreasonable people, but clearly going without payment wasn't an option we could accept, especially when the issues were easily remedied, given the chance.
I think our previous reviews over the years speak for themselves and and the actions that led to your discontent speak more about you than they do about us.
Fantastic service from all the team
Fantastic service from all the team. The kitchen really does look like new, for a fraction of the price and minimal disruption. Highly recommended!

Bubbling kitchen doors and drawer front refurbishment.
Our Wren kitchen doors failed at 4 years old and the manufacturer refused to assist. We called Steve at Kitchen Respray who provided a solution and a fixed quotation. They arrived on time to sample the existing finish and colour, then dismounted the doors and drawer fronts on 2nd Jan '24. These were stripped, sprayed and then refitted on 5th Jan in a smooth and convenient operation. The result is a rejuvenated kitchen in original colour rendition but without the bubbles and cracking in the vinyl covering provided by Wren. Excellent service, thank you.

Hi Chalky, many thanks for your review and 5 Stars and for instructing us to transform your kitchen. We've only just managed to get back onto TP as for some unexplainable reason our login to reply to our reviewer's hasn't been working, so really sorry for the late reply to our very 1st customer of 2024.
I hope everything is still as good as on completion day, I remember that we turned the whole transformation around for you within about three day's wasn't it, something of a record for us.

Kitchen Respray
Somewhat apprehensive of this procedure, however after reading the reviews and a visit from Stephen and Howard with no hard sell, we decided to go ahead. On the agreed day the work was completed which totally transformed our old wooden kitchen into a bright modern one. There was one minor problem that is being sorted. We would totally recommend this company.
