My wife and myself do very little reviewing but this family company is a definite 5 star outfit
.
After agreeing a price and a start date we were a little apprehensive as to what we were in for having only read earlier reviews.
Dave and Lara arrived on the date agreed and took away the plinths,doors,cornices and light covers to be sprayed offsite.
On the agreed date they returned with all pieces sprayed and wrapped.
The three of them (Elyse)the other daughter was with them and with an early start proceeded to paint the cabinets etc which hadn’t been taken in the first instance.
They all worked together as a team under Dave’s guidance,well that’s what he said!
It took them only a few hours to take the doors and plinths etc and with a lot of hard graft when they returned were well finished by mid afternoon,Dave said it would be finished that day.
I have waited more than three months to write this review in case I had any concerns with the paint,when they had finished it looked a million dollars and still looks as good now,I needn’t have had any concerns as to workmanship or materials as they were all excellent.
These people have transformed my dark dingy kitchen into a light lovely kitchen.I might add that the paint finish is as good as if they were new cabinets from the makers.
Visiting people think we have had a new kitchen it’s that good.

Just had my dark old kitchen transformed. It is absolutely gorgeous. Unrecognisable. The whole process was stress free. I was kept up to date with what was happening throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Dave and his family.

Dave & his assistant Lara achieved a miraculous paint job on our aged kitchen units. The result could not be better.
It was certainly worth the wait for them to be able to
manage the job.
Considering they travelled to Suffolk from the frozen north of England on two occasions it was remarkable how cheerful they were, & how rapidly they worked. Minimal mess. They even managed to take the doors & drawer fronts away immediately before out holiday & returned us to normality a short time afterward. The quality of the work is impressive.
Overall, we could not be more delighted & would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wishing a transformation of their kitchen units.

Having your kitchen repainted is a slightly daunting experience especially with choosing the right colour and trying to visualise the end product.
Dave and Lara were brilliant. They are trustworthy, punctual, professional and worked really hard.

What a transformation, I am thrilled with my new kitchen completed last Wednesday.

Right from the first phone call I felt I was in safe hands with this company - a great team of Dave and his daughter Lara - I felt immediately I was talking to a friend who cared not a salesman.

To get things started was so easy, just sent a video of my kitchen and utility and very quickly received a quote which I was very happy with.

As soon as I accepted the quote, a date was set and Dave and Lara arrived to remove all the cupboard doors and drawer fronts - and we confirmed from colour charts the shade I wanted my kitchen to be.

You don't have to move anything or empty your cupboards - which means you still have a fully functioning kitchen which is fab. To be fair I did move food items from the lower cupboards as I have three nosy cats :)

Two weeks later Dave and Lara were back starting very early in the morning - these guys seem to cover most of the country and must be exhausted by the time they get home, but they still arrive with a smile, a chat and a keenness to give you the kitchen you want.

They started by painting the static cabinets and they were drying very quickly due to the product they use - so almost immediately they were ready to attached all the doors and fronts. Great care is taken to make sure everything is right and the mess is minimal, and they leave your new kitchen in situ and ready to use.

A fabulous friendly company that I would recommend to anyone, in fact my neighbor came to see whilst Dave and Lara were still here and has already discussed his being done!!

Thank you Dave and Lara - my kitchen is everything I wanted it to be and it was a pleasure to meet you both.

Hopefully catch up when you come back to do my neighbours whenever that may be :)

What a Great Family Buisiness
From the minute I contacted Dave he made it all look & feel very straightforward.
We had a bespoke kitchen put in a few years ago & it was all looking a little tired doors & draws were sticking the original colour had faded & we had fallen out of love with it . we needed it to be brought up todate so we could enjoy it again.
Communication with Dave was amazing from day one . He always let us know what was happening & when. All deadlines were met . Dave & Lara (father & daughter) team worked really hard & didn't stop until the job was completed & on time. We are so pleased with our new kitchen we will look forward to having the family around again especially with Xmas just around the corner.

Dave did a great work in our kitchen. Our kitchen was old and some of the doors were not in the best shape. But the work done was really great and now they look like new. We loved it.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Good communication and lots of useful information in preparation for the first visit . Kept to agreed dates and deadlines meaning we could organise ourselves for second visit to reinstall kitchen. Even helped when the kitchen was damaged by another trade working to install worktops. Could not recommend Dave ( and Laura) highly enough

Really pleased with the completed work. It's scary to put your faith in it turning out okay, but it looks like a new kitchen and it's had a new lease of life. Dave keeps in contact where needed and that's appreciated. I would definitely recommend. Thanks both.

Superb communication before, during and after the refurbishment.

An amazing father and daughter team. Delightful couple who removed the drawer and cupboard fronts with the minimum of fuss, refurbished the items to an extremely high standard and brought them back within a few days. They arrived at 7am and within a few hours replaced all the drawers and doors and painted the parts that couldn’t be removed, again to a high standard.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their kitchen units refreshed.

Although our kitchen is nearly 20 years old, it is really good quality and I didn't want to replace it when the style is still relevant and I still like it, hence a re-spray was the ideal solution. Dave replied to every email I sent virtually instantly in a polite and professional way. He arrived with Lara slightly ahead of time and they both worked incredibly hard while taking the kitchen apart and again when re-installing it. I did feel a little worried as to how it would look when finished but I need not have been concerned and can honestly say that we are totally delighted with the outcome and the price that we paid. I can't recommend Dave, Lara and Kitchens Transformed Ltd enough and if they ever get tired of the job, they could always go in to stand up as they were hilarious together!!! Huge thanks to you all.
