Excellent advice and great value

Reliable and efficient services!
First time buyer here who felt overwhelmed about the whole process of mortgage applications, affordability and interest rates! We instructed Simon Hart from Kite Mortgages to help us with the whole process. Simon was attentive, informative and highly responsive. He answered all of our questions with professionalism, patience and all meticulously. Simon truly cares and it shows in his approach and communication with us. We never had to chase or follow up with anything with Simon, so always felt like he could be relied on and trusted. All of the steps of the application had detailed explanations, documents and some even came with videos to explain, if in doubt, he always provided meeting opportunities for us to jump on a video call to talk through everything. I cannot thank Simon and Kite Mortgages enough for all the help and support they have provided over the last few months.

I was recommended Kite mortgages by a friend a couple of years before I wanted to purchase my first property - Simon was happy to chat through my financial situation and provided me with projections so I could work towards my first purchase. When I did then eventually put an offer on a property, Simon was super responsive and helpful in talking us through the process, answering questions, and ensuring we got the best mortgage deal the day before the rates increased! Thanks so much Simon, you made the process so much easier to navigate! Would certainly recommend to anyone considering a property purchase even if not immediately!

Great service from Simon Hart
We worked with Simon Hart from the point of getting the agreement in principle to the point of getting the actual mortgage and signing the contract with the bank. Throughout the whole process, Simon was super helpful, always available for a quick connect to explain the next steps, and overall was very nice to work with.

We contacted the broker at the early stages of buying a property, Simon was super helpful from the get-go, clarifying all our doubts and questions. Best experience
I am a first time buyer and not originally from the UK so the whole process of buying was pretty new to me. I found Kite Mortgages through unbiased.co.uk which connected me with Simon Hart. Besides finding me a great mortgage product, Simon was so patient and supportive throughout the whole process, making sure I really understood everything so I could make the right decisions. I never had to wait long for an email response and he was always happy to jump on a quick call. He also never hesitated from getting in touch directly with the sellers agent or my solicitor if needed, which made the whole process quick and stress free from start to finish. I can not recommend him enough and will definitely reach out for his services in the future.

Smooth sailing
I was matched to Simon Hart at Kite Mortgages via the unbiased.co.uk website. From beginning to completion, Simon has always been extra helpful and responsive, got us mortgage and insurance offers we were very happy with.
