I ordered crystal kitten ears and a matching custom tail on 12/26/2020. There were delays due to the pandemic, which I understood. But everytime I asked for an update, they kept pushing back the date. This is beyond ridiculous. On 6/6/22, yes nearly TWO YEARS after ordering, they finally began to work on it after I stated my extreme disappointment in how long this has been taking. 6/27, it went to a new person, and then trimming on 7/25. Quality check was 12/20. On 1/3, it was packed and then nothing since. Custom items should have pictures sent to the commissioner to make sure they are happy with it right? I never got anything from them. I would have never known if I didn't occasionally check their facebook page or instagram. This is beyond ridiculous. If you are this far behind, stop making new 'ready to ship' items or taking new commissions. Finish your stuff, make your customers happy. This is unacceptable. I doubt I'll ever receive my items either, as it's now well over two years and their site is now down.

I got an email saying my order was shipped. One week later I got an email saying it had been delivered- WRONG. It has not. I emailed them to let them know that I had not received the package and to “please figure out what the problem is” and made note that I would be writing a review. They replied with “I don’t see why you feel the need to threaten us” . I spent well over $100 on my order and I have had people on etsy beg me not to post a bad review. they’ve given refunds, asked if I wanted a new product etc… ANYTHING to avoid a bad review- and these people do not seem to care and even shame/accuse the customer of “threatening” them when they’ve SCAMMED us! Anyone want to file a class action lawsuit against them? It might be worth is for those STILL waiting on their order.

Ordered a pair of ears off their website in February of 2021, received them today and could not be more disappointed.
You read that right. 21 months. Three months shy of TWO YEARS this company had our money.
We were told repeatedly to be patient, that our order wasn't "placed very long ago" at almost a year in.
We accepted it at first, figuring pandemic, small business, etc. But it was bitter to watch new material constantly be posted to their Facebook page as "ready to be shipped now!" While a standard item from their website sat unfulfilled for so long.
When they arrived today, I was PUMPED. And then I opened them.
They look like something I could have picked up for about $12 at a pop up Halloween shop.
The clipping of the different coloured furs is not blended. The material feels cheap.
If I could post the pictures on their page, I would.
Just...save your money and try elsewhere. Not worth the wait or the anticipation.

Absolutely horrible. $100+ gone and wasted.
I ordered ears in Jan 2021. Emailed them a few times since then about an address change and the status of my order. All they keep saying was that my order was next and to be patient.

Seriously, close the shop and focus on finishing your current orders before accepting more. Don't shop here.

I ordered a set in February 2021, still waiting for the order almost 2 years later. The status has said needs trimming since April. The biggest issue they ran out of the original fabric colors didn't tell me and I had to email them about my order status and keep sending weekly emails about it.

I ordered a pair of custom ears in Feb 2022... the order was over $100 which is pretty pricey!
Its now November 2022 and STILL I have not recieved.
When I email them, they tell me to be patient... they are a small business and have thousands of orders. (Why don't they close the shop to catch up?)
I get told to look at the timeline on their website.
My timeline says it has been 'waiting for a shipping label' for a month. Whats the excuse? I just don't get it.

I waited to order from KPP for as long as I can remember. Its probably about 8 years or so.. finally I ordered.
I will NEVER order again. Get this company shut down.

It’s been a year now since I’ve ordered a custom from this website. At the time of ordering they had very little delays and said it would take about two months approximately to create and ship. I’m very disappointed to say that now that I’ve waited over a year and still no product shipped I feel it was not worth it. I kept in touch emailing them about updates, they got back typically with vague responses and promises to follow up in the next week if my order hadn’t moved or made any progress. I still haven’t even seen the custom that I ordered even though it says the label for shipping was created and ready to ship. Once this order is received I will likely not be ordering again.

It has been over a year since my order was placed in 2021 mind you this was not a custom commission just a made to order item they had available on their website. When asked if they could have it done by end of 2022 I was told they would try since it’s just ears but it wasn’t a guarantee. This wasn’t my first order from them either I was (unfortunately) a returning customer.

Should be negative stars.

I ordered a pair of the Basic Ears on 16 May and they arrived 21 June, a lot sooner than I expected! Sometimes it could take from 3-6 months but mine took only 2. I was so happy about this. I was thinking of ordering some for over a year but wasn’t sure if it would take over a year to arrive.

The thing is; this is a small business. Most people that receive delays must have ordered custom items or big orders— the basic cat ears clearly do not take this long as stated in the FAQ and this business is incredible, shipping out several orders a week, the patience is worth it. Super happy with my purchase!
I emailed them asking for pics before shipping and they remembered and obliged!

Be careful with trustpilot, it’s usually full of people who have had issues with their orders so they come to complain— I review so that people can see truthfully. This business is amazing and genuine, just be patient, especially with large orders, and read the FAQ!

I wish I had read reviews here before purchasing. Months and months go by with no update, despite the items I ordered being labeled as premade and "ready-to-ship", and they have outright ignored any of my emails asking for updates and now, to cancel. Go somewhere else and save yourself the money and headache.

Ordered back in September of 2021 and ordered a collar along with a puppy set ( puppy set was fine) the collar was the problem, flashfoward to today my order arrived yesterday and I’m looking at my collar when I realize the bow was glued half assed to my collar and the bell I asked them to attach came off the collar with me lightly touching it over all the collar feels cheap and poorly made I would definitely recommend not ordering from them because waiting six months to get some half assed collar isn’t worth it

I'm very dissatisfied with customer service, and want my money back. They have to be scamming people. I've seen SO MANY ppl trying to get them to reply to them about an order or a refund and they will ignore us, but when a person is interested in buying they will reply.

If I could give negative stars I would. I really wish I had done more research before buying from this company. According to a YouTube video from 2017 this company has had these issues for a long time and refuses to fix them. I ordered my cat ears and collar back in January. Everything I bought was advertised as made and ready to ship. Nothing was custom. I still have not received anything or even a time estimate despite emailing customer support several times. Customer support always gives attitude and makes excuses. Their website said 14 weeks processing time when I ordered. they're trying to deny that fact even though others have said the same. It is now 6 months later and they refuse to even give me a rough estimate on when my items will ship for several more weeks! I've been told that I can't receive a refund since my order is currently processing and others have said it took them over a year to get a refund on a canceled order. They still post online about new products available for purchase but won't fulfill the many existing orders they already have. Im worried I won't see my order for a year or more, as others have also stated. They are selling more than they can fulfill so they can sit on a pile of money. They also blame their customers for their own business practices which is horrible. Please go somewhere else.
