Kiwi Drug is one of the best companies I’ve worked with, especially in an online environment. The customer service is professional and responsive. The managers I’ve had occasion to deal with were understanding and reacted to help quickly. The shipping processes are reasonable in cost and speed of transit. I’ve done business with Kiwi for 7 rears or more and will remain a dedicated and loyal customer for years to come.

Received everything but gonna see how this compares to the monthly shot I use to take.

Buyer beware. The medication they sold me made me physically ill. It was also clearly not what they advertised on the site. When reaching out to kiwi they blamed me for taking too much of the medication 😂. I took one tablet and will be throwing the rest away. The pills were clearly counterfeit as they were cracked, have a bubbled-up coating, and or crumbly. They offered a substitute as a replacement, like I’d ever trust them again. Stay away!!!!

The store was very helpful for me to make a switch to a different product. The product I had ordered was not in stock. Kiwi has good products for a reasonable price for meds. It makes it easier to get the medicine needed that's not available in my country.

Kiwi Drug website sucks. I struggle every time I am ordering from them. About 25% of the screen contains useful information When you log in onto their website, about 25% of the screen contains useful information, the rest is junk. Impossible to navigate. Yes, I have poor site but I am using 27" monitor. Today I just gave up.

Kiwi Drug is a great company. Super responsive when there is a question about shipping or about items that are in stock. Throughout the pandemic, Kiwi has been invaluable as we all navigate through unfamiliar waters and try to keep ourselves and our loved ones healthy.

It’s been a pleasure and a breeze to order from this company. It’s the excellent customer service their employees provide. The team provides a rapid response to all questions. They will let you know if they have to elevate the issue to a higher level and that there maybe a little bit more time to get an answer. They actually follow issue from cradle to grave, perhaps a bad analogy. Mean to say they follow the issue until the solution is completed.
There’s no guessing as to where your request is in the pipeline. Kudos to the staff that provide such professional and personable customer service.

This is honestly one of the best pharmacies I have ever used online. Over the past 2 years, I've had 2 shipments lost by the United States Postal Service, and Kiwi Drug had no problem with either refunding my money, adding credit to my account, or re-shipment. They are fast, kind, and very helpful. I love this place!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is absolutely awful. They started charging shipping, which is perfectly understandable as they are shipping overseas. I was charged double shipping and was told it was because my products were coming from two different countries. Not wanting to pay $35 in shipping charges, I changed my order so the items were all coming from the same country. To my surprise, the shipping charge was still double. I contacted customer service to inquire why this was the case when I was following the directions I had been given. I was then told there were two different sources in that same country. My case was escalated to a manager who told me and I quote if I did not like the prices I should “take my business elsewhere”. I cannot believe a manager in customer service would speak to a client in that manner!! Especially when I was simply asking a question based on the fact the instructions I was given did not match the outcome on my order.

Do not order from Kiwi Drug, there are plenty of other options of companies that value and treat their customers right!!

My order placed on Nov 2 and still nothing in my letterbox, it is an important hormonal treatment that I must not stop, 33 MESSAGES exchanged and nothing more status quo
No refund offer, so when you have paid you are totally dependent, I find the service more than deplorable. Today they have my money and I have nothing, so certainly well rated trustpilot but not for me and I am not the only one it is a ZERO POINTE
I will therefore inform my followers

this is a huge lie, and I ask to find me an email or I mention this to myself, it is impossible because I repeated and repeated that I accepted their offer, we are facing a company in bad faith that is looking for especially not to reimburse me
and I am even less responsible for their supplier's stock
We are not talking about a table or a pair of shoes, we are talking about hormonal treatment
Why this company does not offer a refund directly when there is a problem to avoid all of this ?????

ceci est un énorme mensonge , et je demande de me trouver un email ou je m'entionne cala , c'est impossible car j'ai retpté et repeté que j'acceptais leur offre , nous sommes face à une entreprise de mauvaise foi qui cherche surtout à ne pas me rembourser
et moi je suis encore moins responsable du stock de leur fournisseur
On ne parle pas la d'une table ou une paire de chaussure , on parle d'un traitement hormonal
Pourquoi cette entreprise ne propose pas directement un remboursement quand il ya un probleme pour eviter tout cela ????

I have been ordering for over 10 years from this company and at times been frustrated but never disappointed with the service.

They are responsive and put up with cranky customers, but most of all I have always gotten the products I ordered, maybe later than I would like but I have never been disappointed in the final results.

I have been using Kiwi for years. I could not be happier with their customer care and attention. I can always count on them to ensure my medication is delivered promptly

I live in the USA. For reasons that have nothing to do with cheap Viagara, I began using Kiwi Drug several years ago to obtain a generic drug that is totally unaffordable here. I’ve never had a problem or bad experience with either quality or delivery. Recently I recalled using an OTC drug called Orudis KT (Ketoprofen) that had been a highly effective NSAID for me. I decided I’d reached a stage where I would use it again, as it had been my go-to med for knee pain years ago. Celecoxib, Sodium Diclofenac, Naproxen, and Ibuprofen are ineffective. Unfortunately, it was discontinued in the USA years ago, for no reason other than it just wasn’t selling that well. However, it is still available overseas, and I was able to get an order through Kiwi. A second reorder was held up by supply chain issues. After contacting customer service, the problem was rectified quickly and efficiently, and very, very satisfactorily. If I needed confirmation of what a great job Kiwi does, this was it. I remain a highly satisfied customer.

Kiwi works well when the medication is in stock, and doesn't when it's not. They apparently have little direct visibility into stock and keep pushing off delivery dates. Their customer service is responsive, but erratic. Can't recommend and I'm a repeat customer!

My order of Dynapar QPS was swallowed by the black hole of Chicago Customs. Kiwi promptly sent a replacement order even though the disappearance of the first order was not their fault. Kiwi was very responsive in handling this issue.

I am very happy with the performance of Dynapar QPS. Nothing available in the USA works as well at relieving my frozen shoulder pain.

Reliable, trustworthy and honest. There are many suspect and fraudulent online drug companies, but Kiwi drugs is safe. They offer a payment option in the USA whereby you can send a money order to a legitimate address if you prefer not to exercise a bank withdraw. Also, Kiwi gives you weekly emails as per delivery status. i received my order within 2 weeks, definitely less than 3 weeks.
