Everyone has an occasional hiccup in services..come on people be realistic...that said...after doing business with kiwi.com for years I've had mostly what I'd consider excellent services...the rare occasion when I did have a problem it was resolved in short order with few email & correspondence....kudos to your customer service team and dont forget the fulfillment team..orders have always been processed in a timely manner and e mail updates are given along the process..

The entire process was quick and easy with no problems or issues. I received exactly what I purchased and it arrived in a timely manner considering it was coming from overseas. Their communication was excellent from the placement of the order to tracking the package. There were no surprises or changes. I have also ordered from Kiwi about 10 years and also had a good experience.

I have used Kiwi drug for many years and can honestly say that only one time was my experience less than perfect. Even on that single occasion (a bit of a problem with a slightly rude customer service agent) I can still say that I did receive my product appropriately.
