Can't complain I made a mistake filling out the the questionnaire and they alerted me to it. So that took a day delay for my shipping once it was shipped it came extremely quick. Both packages were package extremely well despite crossing the Atlantic none of them were damaged at all. They actually arrived before their time was to arrive. Courteous service they care about their customers. They responded to an email very quickly. I highly recommend them. I believe I will be doing more business with them in the future.

(That's only happened a few times in all those years.) They're also friendly & prompt in their communications with me. And, overall their website is easy to use.

Ordered two seperate products, one came in, the other is lost. Three attempts via email to get help, no response. This is why they only taake checks mailed to Miami instead of credit cards. Scam company
