I was pleased on how well the support…
I was pleased on how well the support team was able to correct my situation, the only problem I had was with the check out process on the number of items purchased some how it was different, I am still concerned on the refund process, thanks again for being so prompt on handling the problem.

Needs instructions for use, otherwise good.
Easy to buy in first place but then heard nothing for ages.
Out of the blue (it seemed) a message saying we have your parcel.
It arrives. Nice tin but no instructions.
Read the small print on the back with the aid of a magnifier - seriously! Only storage details, nothing about use. Work out for myself the grey thing is an unwanted and unnecessary collar - more oil based waste. Fit tab to dogs collar - fits well - looks good. Guessing the sphere is for 4 months as there are 3 and the headline said ‘lasts 12 months’, but that’s it, guesswork. Had there been reassuring instructions there might have been 5 stars.

Ordered Saker plus flea and tick on Feb 3rd but did not receive. Emails went unanswered to company but finally someone reached out to me on Messenger. Within a few days my payment was back in my Paypal account. I would have scored higher except for the fact it took so long for someone to contacte but once they did, I had my payment returned quickly.
