Very pleased with Kiwi boots and booties I have purchased over past 4 years. Only issue that arose with my last order regarded sizing. Ordered two pair of booties and boots for twin nieces identically sized. As I was notified that one pair of booties was temporarily out of stock, I requested partial order be sent. It was, and arrived in timely manner. Second pair arrived in acceptable time frame. I was surprised to hear that the booties were slightly different in width. I hope this was a one time anomaly.
Finally, and this may just be my experience, I've found I need to order one size larger Kiwi boots and booties/slippers than comparable Ugg products I bought 15 to 20 years ago.
By the way, I chose Kiwi over other companies because I noted their products were truly manufactured in New Zealand. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality products made by employees receiving fair wages.
Happy that shipping charge is included as these Kiwi products are proudly worn in Wisconsin, USA.

A beautiful sheepskin, top quality and the cat thinks the same. Cuddles down into it and am sure he must be so cosy and warm on these freezing winter nights. Delivery was quick, within a few days it arrived to me in Australia.

I’ve worn Kiwi Sheepskin slippers for years and have always been pleased. This time, I ordered my usual size and fine them too be too large. By the time I pay shipping back and forth to downsize, I just decided to wear them as they are, but it was definitely a disappointment to discover the sizing changed

I've had several brands of sheepskin booties in recent years. Yours would be the BEST if not for one simple thing: THAT STUPID LABEL that is sewn to the inside bottom of slipper. It jabs me in the bottom of my foot with every step - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Whoever thought of doing that and whoever approved it should both be FIRED! I will be returning them for a refund unless you can send me a pair WITHOUT THAT IGNORANT LABEL.

This is my 2nd pair of kiwi boots. I bought 2 pairs this time, the wide calf ones for myself and the shorter ones for my husband. The wide calf is great because you can tuck your trouser legs inside the boots without your legs feeling squashed. These boots are fabulous for our cold snowy winters which sometimes have temperatures dipping to minus 40 C for days at a time. The thick soles are great and I never had cold feet in my kiwis. We’re just coming into summer here now so will enjoy it while it’s here but am not worried about having cold feet once winter does arrive.

Slippers great product! I mis-read and the heel was not wide enough for hubby (MY FAULT)! My husband wears an EE shoe and I failed to see the notation that the width on these is standard. The actual foot part of the slip-in fit fine, but the extended heel portion is just too narrow and uncomfortable as a result. No worries, I re-homed these to a friend's husband and he's quite happy! These are great quality, and my hubby was quite sorry to see them go. Again, that was an issue on my part, NOT on Kiwi Sheepskins! I highly recommend them, have gotten various products over the years and never been disappointed!

The fleese is so thick your feet are supported suberbly.
The booties I purchased 17 -18 years ago are still so comfy.
Over 20 yrs ago I tried UGGS, all from China, etc. I can't begin to discribe how inferior those boots were, dispite outrageous prices.
. Off to Goodwill!.
I couldn't do without my Kiwi booties!!!!
