We received various quotes for Air Conditioning.
Kev was by far the most professional, he sat with us and listened to what we wanted and then talked us through all the various options and took time to ensure that we knew what he was quoting for.
The air conditioning units were fitted by Ian and Ryan they were a pleasure to work with they firstly talked us through what they were going to fit and where, to ensure that we were happy (at this point they made a few alterations to the site of the units, these alterations where cosmetically better).
The fitting of the two units was over two days, during this time these two gentleman were caring and polite as well as being hardworking.
When they had finished they spent time with us to ensure that we knew exactly how to use the systems and that we were confident.
We would highly recommend Kev Jones Company to anyone who wanted Air Conditioning.

Excellent from quote to completion , would highly recommend . Super customer service and highly efficient fitters first class job

We decided to change our boiler a month after moving into our new home because of how dated and inefficient the old one was.

Kev himself came over and built the most cost efficient system considering our tight financial situation and installed a new modern boiler unit.

Post installation, there were a myriad of issues with error codes that sound like the fighter jets that the military use. But throughout the whole process Kev never gave up on us. He kept popping over himself to diagnose the issues trying various fixes until it finally worked. To this day the boiler is humming along fine without any issues. Even if something shows up, I can rest knowing that Kev and his team will sort it sooner rather than later.

We had a difficult experience with Kev Jones Heating & Plumbing at first. Things didn’t go as we hoped — there were problems with the wiring and a radiator that didn’t work.

But Kev and his team didn’t give up. They kept looking for solutions, and with Kev and Paul’s help, everything was eventually fixed.

We’re now warm and comfortable, and hopefully we won’t have any more issues in the future.
A big thank you to Kev, Paul, and everyone involved in turning things around.
They truly deserve 5 stars! 🌟
