I've worked with Jay and his team in various capacities over the years and always been impressed with their level of expertise and speed of work. Jay and his team are so knowledgeable when it comes to all of Amazon's processes and policies. If anybody is having any issues with the Amazon system then Jay and his team are definitely the guys you need on your side and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our Amazon account was suspended so we could not sell, Jay and his team helped solve this problem earlier in the year. Then when we had a violation on one of our Best Seller Amazon listings and were loosing £1000’s per day in sales. Jay had this reinstated within 5 days.
We have now had them complete a full survey of our whole Amazon account and every listing to make sure there will hopefully be no further problems in the future.
