Klevvera has managed the residence paperwork for me and my whole family for the past six years. In that time we've been through several renewals, and they've always been quick and precise. Most recently they got long-term residence approved for the three of us, and when the immigration office asked for extra documents, they told us exactly what was needed and turned it around fast. On one occasion they even handled an urgent, last-minute filing the same day. Laia and the team are responsive and clear, and it's a pleasure to work with them. I was asked before consultation send every information you got. The lawyer was so busy that day and had no time to read the information or to prepare. 300 euro lost for a demotivated conversation. One option was to write a letter send it and she would check it. I asked her to send it no, that is not possible. I only check the letter. I told her why would you be serious now to read it. And what is the point of a lawyer if I have to do the job myself. No response on that message.

Incorrect legal advice regarding a property transaction in Spain
I contacted the agency for a consultation regarding the registration of real estate in Spain. My husband was purchasing a townhouse in his name, with part of the funds originating from his inheritance.
The agency's lawyer insisted that the notary was obliged to include me in the purchase agreement. However, in practice, the Spanish notary acted strictly in accordance with the law: he refused to add me to the documents and did not provide me with a copy of the deed, as I am not a party to the transaction. Under Spanish law, inherited funds are recognized as the personal property of the spouse (bienes privativos).
A total of 604 euros was paid to the agency for two consultations, which ultimately proved to be legally incorrect.

The fact that a notary ultimately adopts a particular approach in a transaction does not, by itself, allow the full legal analysis discussed during a private consultation to be assessed through a public review without considering all the circumstances of the case.
