Can’t cancel my subscription and they keep charging me. Support is terrible and hasn’t helped at all.

The moment I spent €52 to buy 3000+ extra credits to finish my movie, the platform immediately degraded my quality and started ignoring every single instruction just to burn through my paid credits.I strictly prompt for a digital 3D Pixar animation style, with characters in a blue-and-white checked plaid shirt and zero talking. Instead, the AI spits out horrible real-world live-action footage of real people talking, completely ignoring my style and action commands.This is a shameful business practice. unusable for transformation stuff, looks like a shot to shot curtain drop fron x to why, and this is supposed to be AI lol. Prompts where made with gemini to have it ready to feed it to Kling, on a 15 second shot it only did the short dialog and completely ignored all the movement and scene changes etc...... then just replayed the same phrase which made it look like a Dejavou......... safe your money on this, what a dissapointment.

**Think twice before subscribing – terrible billing support**

I subscribed to Kling AI, and my subscription was automatically renewed for around 500 TRY even though I did not intend to continue.

I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charge and asked them to cancel the renewal and refund the payment.

Their response was essentially: **no refunds because the service consists of “virtual goods.”**

I then replied and pointed out that their own terms refer to a pre-renewal notification. I asked a very simple question: if they had notified me before charging me, could they please provide the date, time and method by which that notification was sent?

After that, they simply stopped responding.

What bothers me most is not the 500 TRY. It is the way a paying customer is treated once there is a billing problem.

A responsible subscription service should make automatic renewals transparent, provide reasonable support when an unwanted renewal happens, and at the very least respond when a customer asks a legitimate billing question.

In my experience, Kling AI did none of these things.

The technology itself may be impressive, but based on the way my subscription and refund request were handled, I will not subscribe again.

**My advice to anyone considering a paid Kling AI plan: be extremely careful with automatic renewal, cancel well in advance, and do not assume customer support will help you if there is a billing problem.**

I tried KLING to create a SIMPLE video of a taxi driver picking up a person asking a question and starting the fare. I was specific and even used CLAUDE prompts to ensure language was good, and instead. in less than 45 minutes, all of the credits for an entire month was wasted. Each time, KLING made it worse and worse, even changing the prompt completely, simplifying it, it would not follow the most essential prompts, it was as if it was on a Choose Your Adventure mode and not listening to anything except the word "taxi". I want my money back...and I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER suggest Kling to anyone, ever. I pray to god that this reaches someone and and anyone thinking, "hey, I wonder if I should try Kling AI?" My response, you would fair better throwing money in the garbage, at least you know the garbage would not spit it out and tell you 'mission accomplished'. What a Fu##ing joke. Give me my money back KLING.

I purchased a Pro monthly subscription and separately paid $50 for 3,500 additional credits, specifically because I wanted to use those credits over a longer period.
After cancelling my subscription, I discovered that videos generated with my already-paid credits are watermarked, and removing the watermark requires another active monthly subscription.
So I paid for 3,500 credits, but to actually use them without a watermark I am expected to keep paying a monthly fee. This was not made sufficiently clear when I purchased the credits.
I contacted Kling Support and requested a full refund, but they responded with a generic explanation about subscription refunds that did not address my actual complaint about the separately purchased credits. After I clarified this, I received no further response.
For me, this is an unacceptable and misleading business practice. I would not have purchased the additional credits if this restriction had been clearly disclosed.
Think twice before buying credits. Read the fine print very carefully.

You will waste SO MANY credits on what many other AI video providers get correct. Image to Image for video rarely gets it right, it will just snap change the background instead of making a smooth transition (kling 3.0), it doesn't get environment right, it constantly does odd things in a very cheap way. You have to premake everything and word it very carefully to hope for a usuable scene, or it just messes simple things up. The hype is fake on Kling, for 3000 credits, i maybe got 10% usuable. The people it does do a good job on that most of the time. The expressions aren't as good as some others, but is okay. Dancing not even as good as some others. I would never pay for another month, is waste of money.

I attempted to do a simple video conversion on KLING AI today, every time I posted the script in the box all the stupid system done was state more script needed more lines need more data needed 4 more, 100, more this is absolutely the worst even after registering it got worse, NO-ONE should use this site in my opinion this is only my opinion and every should try on their own accord.

I wanted to test if this AI could be used for my purposes. But, I had to buy a plan first. I tested it, and it didn't follow my prompts, so I can't use it. I had it for about 10 minutes and requested a refund. They ended up charging me for 3 months.

One of the worst subscription experiences I have had.

Their cancellation policy and process are very unclear, and there is no straightforward information explaining how to properly cancel a subscription. I had already canceled my subscription, yet I was charged twice afterward.

I contacted their support team and clearly explained that I had already canceled, but their response was very generic and did not address or resolve the actual problem. They simply sent general cancellation instructions instead of investigating why I was still being charged.

Because the charges continued, I eventually had to contact my bank and cancel/replace my card to prevent any further payments.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very careful before subscribing to Kling AI. Their subscription management, billing process, and customer support need major improvement.

Extremely disappointed with Kling AI. I purchased credits to try the tool, but the AI completely ignored basic prompt instructions right out of the gate. After generating just two unusable videos, I requested a refund for my remaining credits. Customer support immediately refused, hiding behind their non-refundable policy despite the software failing to deliver usable output. Zero customer support and bad generation quality—do not waste your money here.

Credits i bought a month prior "expired" its a scam to take away for what i pay for.

Absolutely frustrating experience. I used Kling AI to create a few short 15-second promotional videos and ran into serious quality issues on nearly every single generation: on-screen text came out garbled and misspelled (including my own name), and when I switched to spoken voiceover instead, my name was mispronounced/corrupted — twice, in two different ways. On top of that, one video's final scene rendered sideways/horizontal instead of the vertical format I selected and paid for.
I requested refunds three separate times through their in-app support chat for these clearly defective generations, and none of the credits have been returned. I also emailed their support address directly with a full breakdown of the issues and got no response back at all. There is no live agent option — everything goes through a chat bot that gives inconsistent answers depending on how you phrase the complaint.
I ended up canceling my subscription entirely because I couldn't trust the tool to deliver a usable result, and their customer service made no effort to make it right. If you're considering a paid plan, be aware that once your credits are spent on a broken output, you're very unlikely to get them back.

If your subscription expired and you still have ample video credits left they will take up to an hour to generate a 5 seconds video, constantly telling you to upgrade for faster generation. They are not honouring credits paid for. Support's a joke!

Free credits unusable.
You are supposed to have free credits daily if you want to make trials but each time you hit the button, it says that the queue is full for free account and that you must take a plan.
Waste of time.

Terrible service. I bought credits to create a video from photos. But the system didn’t listen to the prompts at all; I tried different models, both expensive and cheaper ones. Sometimes something works, but 90% of the time you don’t get what you expect, even if the prompt is as precise as possible and was created using another AI. Also, a month later, they stole money from my card. I hadn’t used the service at all for over a month, yet they charged me. Support replied that according to their policy, there are no refunds, even if you haven’t used a single credit. They’re taking their customers for fools, so be careful - don’t add your main card to the system. If you want to try the service, add a virtual card with very little money on it so that Klingai doesn’t steal it from you a month later.

Very bad experience.

Kling AI used all my tokens/credits very quickly, and then kept asking me to buy more and pay more. Many generations failed, some features did not work properly, and I still lost credits for bad or unusable results.

It feels unfair that users have to pay again and again when the platform itself does not work well. The videos often did not follow my prompts, and the whole experience was frustrating.

Honestly, this was a super awful experience. I cannot recommend Kling AI.
