Slow and denied an exchange/return.
Slow. No returns which is in breach of distance selling laws (which allow for opened items to be refunded if no seals are broken). Their company address is in Lithuania. Not a UK company so took a while to arrive despite the "despatch within 48 hrs" claim. Got offered a 25% discount on a future order which was already available for what I wanted in several colors. Still talking to them l but wish I hadn't bothered tbh.
Updated to 3 stars because it's really cheap and I did manage to resell my unused Leaf - they do stock Leaf Shave zero waste razors and website is fine (apart from wrongly denying returns).

All shipping information, including estimated delivery dates, is clearly stated on our website next to every product. While we do aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, dispatch refers to the time it takes to prepare and ship your item—not the delivery timeframe, which may vary depending on your location and postal services.
Regarding returns: we do not accept returns of opened items, especially for personal hygiene products like razors. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers—nobody wants to receive a product that may have already been used or handled. This policy is clearly outlined in our terms and is in line with hygiene and safety standards.
The discount we offered you was a gesture of goodwill, and it currently applies only to selected colour options. We also find it a little contradictory that you are now requesting to purchase the same razor you wanted to return—this does suggest the item may have actually been suitable after all.
We appreciate your acknowledgment of our range of zero-waste products and your positive comments about the website.

Very expensive postage
Purchased the Leaf grip sleave, a thin piece of soft silicone. Was charged over £5 because it was sent out in a box. Could have been posted in an envelope for a fraction of that.

However, as we ship internationally, we currently use sturdy boxes to ensure products arrive safely and undamaged. We're also committed to using environmentally friendly materials wherever possible — our boxes are recyclable, and we use biodegradable packing peanuts. At the moment, we haven’t found a suitable eco-friendly envelope solution that meets our standards for both sustainability and product protection, but it's something we're actively looking into.

Arrived quickly and in good condition.
The whole experience was smooth and straightforward. The product arrived in good condition. It was expensive, but I believe that is just what Norwex charges—hoping it truly lasts a long time. I bought it to clean the Norwex rags.

Excellent customer service.
Ordered two products online and paid however confirmation email showed only one product. Rang company and they immediately helped by finding the order swiftly, confirming I had paid the correct amount and that two items would be delivered. These were sent 24hr Royal Mail. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use this company again.
