My skin has never been better
I've been using Klira for just over a year now. The difference in my skin is incredible. I look younger and feel a lot better about myself. This product is a treatment, so you need to use it regularly and follow the advice from the derm team’s medical pros. They’re always happy to help with any concerns I have, offering video chats and even sending me instructions while I send pictures of my skin so they can see exactly what's going on. The customer service team is fantastic. I think they’re a small group because I usually talk to the same few people, and they always go that extra mile. This brand is amazing — considering it’s a startup and has only been around for a couple of years, they’re truly remarkable. If you're after better skin, there’s no other brand that compares.
Faultless Service
I have used Klira for quite a while, they have helped me with a treatment plan for a condition called DSAP which is commonly diagnosed in the UK by dermatologists but the only treatment cream that works is not available on the nhs and can only be obtained on a private prescription. Klira has made this possible not only by prescribing the cream but also at an affordable cost, this in turn has helped to keep my skin clear giving me back my confidence. Klira listened to what I needed and any concerns I had, Their support is endless and ongoing. The service they provide allowing you to subscribe monthly allows treatment to continue without a break. I can't recommend Klira enough and share their details in all my DSAP groups.

I have been struggling with Klira for over 10 months and with 4 separate attempts with their customer service and derm team to see if we can fix the problem. Ultimately, my skin looks worse, is more sensitive, and is redder - despite having tweaked the Special formula - and it shouldn't be this way after so much time. Like many others have commented, you have to approach them and they will never check-in with you. Believing their marketing hype, and wanting to continue with simplicity in the routine, I also tried the Dayscript. This was truly AWFUL. I only experienced burning, stinging and redness from the first application. The cream was wholly unsuitable. Customer service will not refund based on the reaction and keep sending emails from different people each time and 'kicking the can' down the road, and forcing you to send more emails, book more time in video calls with their people and send photos - the work you have to do as a customer is too much! From a goodwill perspective of a client who has already committed for 10 months, I am surprised at how money-grabbing this approach is; how they don't have confidence in the product to refund (unlike any other skincare brand) and insist on keeping you locked in and/or not refunding on goodwill. I would highly recommend that you DON'T commit to a longer subscription. If you have any problems or aren't seeing results after 3 months, then quit Klira and go elsewhere, as it is a very expensive product and your experience is unlikely to get better.
I have used Kilra for a couple of years…
I have used Kilra for a couple of years now and I can say that not only does it work the the customer care is amazing. I recently had a flare up and I didn't know what to do as since using Kilra my skin was behaving, Chloe quickly responded to my email and got advice from the derm team, over the next couple days Klira kept in contact with me. Jesal messaged me a explained that they were going to tweak my night treatment to help and gave me skincare advice to help reduce my inflammation and redness. I'm glad to say my flare up is subsiding . Amazing products and an amazing team .
Foolishly signed up for a year…
Foolishly signed up for a years subscription after my initial treatment seemed effective. The formula was changed after a few months and for the pst six months I have not been able to use it without severe reactions. Tried to have it changed back to suit me again but it's never been the same and no one really cares about ensuring you can use once they have you trapped. Also beware that the years subscription is 14 payments. Not sure how a year has 14 months in Klira world - so cheeky and frankly typical of my experience with them.

6-8 month use of Klira
I’ve been using Klira for a little while now, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin, especially in the texture and the appearance of my pores. The products feel gentle yet effective, and I’ve been really impressed with the results so far.
The customer service has also been excellent – responsive, supportive, and genuinely caring. It makes the whole experience feel very personal.
I’m really pleased with my product overall. I feel it’s been a worthwhile investment in my skin.

I’ve been using these products for 3/4 months and so impressed. Definite difference on my face so far, and looking forward to seeing how the next few months go. I’ve already had compliments about my skin and am using less make up. But the Klira Body deserves a special mention, it has totally transformed the skin on my chest area already. I’m 55 and am able to wear clothes again that I had given up on. It’s transformed my skin. I can’t speak highly enough about it. It’s amazing!!! And I’m not going through it too quickly, so I’m reducing my refills to every other month. Fantastic and quick customer service. I know it’s expensive, but as an skincare junkie, I would buy new products all the time once I read an article or review. But now I know exactly what I’m spending on skincare and I’m not tempted to buy the latest ‘new thing’. And the cleansers/moisturisers they recommend are very affordable high street brands. So I’m actually spending less than I used to on skincare and have completely streamlined my routine. Love these products!

I am 44yrs old getting wrinkles and loss of tone, some redness on cheeks.
Initially the prescription was too strong but after speaking with an in-house dermatologist. We adjusted my prescription and she gave me excellent advice on how to help my skin better. As I skincare junkie I was thinking I knew everything,but I didn't. I am cancelling as emigrating to New Zealand and gutted I can't use anymore as nothing else comes close. I sandwich my klira between la Roche posay toilrance moisturizer and this works amazing for my pale skin. My husband and work colleagues commented on how lovely my skin is since using this. Highly recommend
The best hands down!
I am skincare obsessed and have used other prescription services over the past 5 years. 3 months into using Klira and my skin has honestly never looked better. I had some very mild redness and irritation initially but this lasted about a week. Since then I haven’t had a single spot (which is completely unheard of for me) and my skin looks so glowy and fresh. If you don’t use Klira you are seriously missing a trick.

My Klira special is amazing. As someone with sensitive and reactive skin, it’s been an absolute ball ache over the years to find something whether that be a cleanser, moisturiser or whatever that works for my skin that doesn’t cause me to break out and isn’t too abrasive on my skin.
The advice from the dermatologist team has been spot on for me. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting any success, being a SkinSize™️ 1, and having tried multiple cleansers and moisturisers over the years and to no avail, I wasn’t optimistic that this would work.
However, I haven’t had a yellow headed zit pop up in ages, and summer is the worst for me with my skin. I’ll take that as a small win.
New customer
I have been using Klira for just over 1 month. I subscribed for a year which included a free 1 on 1 consultation. Although I thought the consultation was quite good, I am not very happy with the follow up or customer service. The wrong name and information was posted on my account following my consultation and although I reported this and requested it to be changed on July 12th, I have not been contacted by the Derma team nor has it been rectified. I think it is too early to comment on the effectiveness of the product but I did have high hopes. Sad that customer service is letting the product down. Sorry Klira but had hoped for a better experience!
Extremely impressed
I have quite sensitive skin and always struggled to find face care products that didn't irritate, let alone make me look any better!
When I reached my early 40s I started to get a patch of dry reddish skin under my mouth, and tried various creams and ointments to be rid of it. My skin just looked a bit dull all the time, and old.
After reading about Klira in a newspaper column I thought I'd give it a go for a month. It seemed expensive but hey, if it worked (which I was skeptical of), then it would be worth it.
But, lo and behold I am 4 months in, my skin looks far better than it has since my 20s, and that obstinate patch disappeared 3.5 months ago. I would recommend Klira to anyone who wants their skin to be the best it can be, without all the guessing work. Just be honest in your skin assessment and take photos that really show problematic areas.
Added bonus: their customers service team are really helpful.

I'd been looking at Klira for ages after seeing Dr Emma on TV and I was a bit nervous about trying it as I'd never used this type of product on my skin before, but I am not going back! I am so pleased with my results so far (I'm about 3 months in), my skin was quite irritated and sensitive (I kept getting red rosacea pustules) and my skin barrier wasn't happy and I can honestly say I noticed a difference instantly. My red pustules have completely gone, my hydration is so much better and lots of my friends and family have commented on how much better my skin looks. I feel so much happier and confident in my skin again too, thank you thank you to the amazing Klira team! Their customer service is amazing too and the whole process is so easy.
Hands down the best skincare I have ever used
For 40ish years I have been trying to find the best skincare products for my skin and the list of brands and range of products I have tried are way too long to mention. I felt that my skin always looked dull and never felt fully hydrated.
Following an infection picked up from a salon treatment, my skin was extremely sensitive and I was looking for a product that Dr Emma had advised on her Bad Skin Clinic show when I came across the Klira brand and signed up (admittedly with some scepticism).
Within the first month I started to see improvements and now, six months in, my skin is healthy, glowing and radiant. Many people have commented on how well I look. Yes, I did have a few weeks of mild tingling and peeling but it was worth it and was hardly noticeable to anyone other than myself.
I have compared how much I was spending on day cream, night cream, serums and salon treatments and can't believe how much money I was wasting for no return.
I wholeheartedly endorse Klira and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
