Good Customer Service and Quick Resolution
I originally left a 1-star review because I thought I had been ignored after trying to contact customer support to cancel what I believed was an unexpected subscription. It turns out my emails had gone into their spam folder, so it was simply a communication issue.
I also want to clear up one thing: the subscription is not a scam. During checkout, the subscription option is automatically selected, and I didn't notice it when placing my order. If you're only looking to make a one-time purchase, just be sure to double-check your checkout options before completing your order.
Once Rochelle saw my review, she reached out promptly, explained what had happened, and canceled my subscription without any hassle. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process, and I really appreciate how she handled everything.
UPDATE: I have now received my product and it works really well! The first time I tried it, I used too much and my face ended up looking orange 😂. I've learned that you really only need a little bit. Make sure to use a small amount, spread it out well, and apply it over a good moisturizer first. Then let it dry — I swear it blends much more naturally with your skin as it dries. A little goes a long way!
Overall, while the communication issue was frustrating, I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Rochelle and how quickly everything was resolved once we were able to connect. Now that I've received and tried the product myself, I'm happy to say that it works really well when applied properly.

We definitely didn't mean to ignore your emails. After checking our inbox, it turns out your messages were automatically routed to our spam folder, so we never saw them. Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen with Outlook and Hotmail addresses due to Microsoft's spam filtering, but that's still on us, and we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the subscription, we want to reassure you that we do not enroll customers without authorization. The subscription option can be enabled or disabled on the product page before checkout, and while it can be easy to miss, it does require selection.
Regardless, this is not the experience we want you to have with our brand. We wanted to make it up to you and make sure this gets sorted.

Easy buy
The ordering process was easy and the delivery of the products was relatively fast. BTW, be very prudent in applying the product, a little goes a long way and don't be alarmed by the lightness of the cream because it will blend in.

Beware buyers of the subscription TRAP
Beware buyers! Subscription TRAP.
Product is fair although not as amazing as the video's online make it out to be. So I thought I would give it a try as I'm doing videos for social marketing.
Just received an email today OUT OF THE BLUE saying that the payment for my SUBSCRIPTION has been taken out of my card at 8:09am today and the order is being prepared for shipment. I emailed them within an hour stating that I want to immediately cancel the order and that I never knowingly signed up for a subscription. There is no WAY I could use two bottles of the stuff in two months regardless of the fact I never wanted a subscription.
Their response 2hrs later:
"After reviewing your account, it appears that when you placed your first order, you were enrolled in a subscription program that schedules a delivery every two months. We believe an email notification was sent at the time; however, if you did not receive or notice this, we sincerely apologize for any confusion—that’s on us.
Since it has now been two months, the subscription automatically renewed, which triggered the recent charge and a new order.
I understand you’d like to cancel the order and request a refund. While I would absolutely do that if possible, the order has already been fulfilled and is currently being prepared for shipment, so cancellation is no longer available at this stage."
They now want me to wait for the order to arrive and then return it myself, at the expense of my time and money.
Beware, subscriptions are how these people get rich and they hope you don't notice.

We'd like to clarify that we do not enroll customers into subscriptions or process recurring orders without authorization. The subscription option can be enabled or disabled on the product page before the item is added to the cart, and while we understand it can be easy to miss, it does require selection during checkout. After your original order was placed, a separate subscription confirmation email was also sent.
That said, we completely understand that this may not have been your intention, and we're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
Our Customer Experience Lead will be reaching out to you directly to see what we can do to make this right. We truly hope you'll give us the opportunity to find a resolution that feels fair and leaves you with a better impression of Klyr.

An essential part of my skincare routine
Klyr for men is absolutely one of my new fave products. It is easy to use and does an excellent job of evening out my facial skin tone. I do NOT like having anything on my face, but Klyr is so light that I don't even notice when I have it on. I am definitely a big fan of this product.

Exceptional Product, Exceptional Customer Service
As a Korean American, every time I visited South Korea, I spent a good amount of money trying to find the right concealer, BB cream, CC cream, or color lotion. None of them worked 100% for me in terms of providing good coverage while making my skin look smoother, healthier, and naturally glowing without making it obvious that I was wearing what some people would call “make up.”
As a man, that always made me feel uncomfortable because it felt like it was degrading my manhood.
However, Klyr was different. With just a very small amount of product, I was able to even out my skin tone and give my skin a healthy, natural glow. Most importantly, no one could tell I was wearing anything.
I initially ordered a shade that was much too dark by mistake, but their customer service went above and beyond to help me. They made my shopping experience better than any I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
I don’t usually write product reviews, but I genuinely hope a company like Klyr continues to grow and succeed. They’ve created an outstanding product and set a new standard for customer service.

I had a really great experience with Klyr’s customer service. Joan was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I originally ordered the wrong shade, and she quickly helped me get the correct one sent out. The replacement ended up being a perfect match.
I also had a question about the Buy One, Get One Free promotion from my original order, and Joan took care of it without any hassle. The whole process was easy, and I always felt like she genuinely wanted to help.
Because of the excellent customer service Joan provided, I ended up placing a second order. It’s not often that customer service makes such a positive impression, but Joan definitely did. Thank you for making the entire experience so easy and enjoyable!
