Best place to get anything and everything when it comes to Model Railways. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, can't be beaten on price and my local Model shop to boot. What else could you possibly want??

ordered tamiya parts as showing in stock, paid in full then to be informed parts are not in stock, estimated arrival from japan passed and no parts available, the actual parts are no longer in production so contacted for re fund but no reply's to e mails or when phoned just rings off ...no sign of my money or parts ever tuning up so very bad customer service update I got PayPal involved and now have a refund so be warned

Good service and responsiveness when item delayed in post (not their fault)

Did not communicate to me about my order, when I asked about cancelling I got ghosted so tried calling and all I got was people saying they would do it and never did , luckily today I got the credit back. Avoid at all costs. I understand the family issues that are currently happening but communicating to the customers by email instead of only by phone about it is important.

I bought from this company and never received my item. When I started sending emails asking for a refund I was completely ignored.
Stay away from from these scammers!

Couldn’t find in stock anywhere but KMS came up trumps!! Excellent service quick and easy, at a very competitive price too.

You can’t give no stars can you?

After a lovely lady at GETS helping and selling me some signals I subsequently ordered a decoder from them online.

Item advertised as in stock but when ordered e mail came back as out of stock, that was 4 months ago. Requested a refund, absolutely nothing. 3 e mails and 2. Non answered phone calls.

Regret Starting a claim under SMALL CLAIMS COURT ..

Nothing wrong with product or price
but items where out of stock which wasn’t made clear before ordering and took an age to be delivered
Emailed twice to ask about progress but no response, didn’t really matter as wasn’t urgent but used to getting things quickly

One of my regular online model train shop. Very friendly service over the phone. Well stocked with latest models. Even located in scotland, delivery to mainland uk is very quick.

I ordered two Revolution Trains Tourax JNA Wagons from KMS Railtech, I had a phone call from tem to say they had sold of that model, they were very helpful and sorted the problem out. The wagons arrived a couple of days later very well packed. They make an eccellent addition to my others. These models are very detailed and make realistic addition to my layout. Thanks Richard

My advice would be do not use this company as they give terrible service.
The items were online and described as in stock but when I ordered them, I instantly received an email to say they were out of stock and would be sent ASAP. I'm sure I was deliberately miss led and this was not a website update error as this seems to be common practice with KMS.
That was the beginning of March. The following few days afterwards I tried to contact them by phone with the intention of cancelling the order, but they never picked up.
I had to wait over six months for the delivery and when I opened the package there was an item short from the original order. I emailed them to try and correct this but after a couple of responses from Karl who I assume is the owner (and didn't seem particularly interested) he stopped responding to my emails and I had to contact my credit card provider to finally get a refund.
There are many model providers who give very good service so see no reason why anyone would want to run this gauntlet and use KMS.
Please be warned and check all the other people’s feedback on Trustpilot who have experienced similar poor service.

Very very poor, taken £300 for a item that said was insinuated as in stock, hasn't arrived, impossible to get hold of anyone, no reply to emails, no call backs even after being promised it will be sorted.... now after days of ringing them.... no answer. Avoid this shop

KMS Railtech are a very good shop and this is the second time I ordered from KMS Railtech

Ordered 2x Tamiya LiFe batteries which purported to be in stock, and was then told would be updated with delivery time. Still waiting and have asked several times for refund. Have no choice now but to go down small claims route.

Good service

I had to wait quite a while for a Pre order for Hornby to release this Railroad class 73 Network South East loco.
KMS Railtec kept me updated throughout the process.
The locomotive has a striking colour scheme and stands out against my other stock.
It has an added bonus of TSX sound as well.
After searching the Web, I found KMS Railtec to be the cheapest online price & it was well worth the wait.
