Fantastic quality product
Fantastic quality product, made to order. I ordered the exterior Venetian blinds and I can’t fault the quality of the product and at a great price for this usually quite specialised product.
The process was all on line, a little clunky at times but to be honest I got the extra help via email quickly when I needed it.
They are made in Europe but I was kept up to date with the progress and the lead time was quite reasonable.
Really happy with everything.

Fed up with emails wanting a review from me. Kept deleting them but had enough now! I did order from them but was refunded as they wouldn't deliver to Channel Islands.

Good Product, but hard to get detailed information
This seemed to be just what I wanted to shield a kitchen window, but I needed to install it to operate from outside instead of inside. I needed detailed dimensions to see if my proposal was sensible, it was a bit like drawing teeth.
In the end I took a gamble and ordered one and found that it did do what I wanted, but this was no thanks to the support team.

The roller shutter arrived when expected in good condition. There were no printed instructions for assembly/installation but I found these, in English, on the Knall website. I had some difficulty following the instructions and sent an email asking for help. I got a quick and courteous reply in good English. At first the reply failed to help but I was given a link to a Youtube video which explained what I needed. The end result is good

The shutter is well made and was delivered within the set time frame. The installation instructions were okay but could probably have a little more detail, particularly on unpacking and what to be careful of. Altogether a good company to deal with.

Good quality and well made and quieter than anticipated.
Due to other commitments I have only just installed the shutters which I ordered back in January of this year. The installation was in a narrow cellar door to prevent the grandkids from falling down the stone steps as the down stairs toilet was adjacent this door (couldn't fix a normal door due to restrictions). I thought they were well made and good quality. They were also a lot quieter than I anticipated. As a warning to others, ensure that when adjusting the stop positions to use the correct adjustment position, as working in a dim light and head torch I inadvertently adjusted the up position when I should have adjusted the down and got myself, and the shutter, in a bit of a mess! My only bugbear was the wall switch which didn't fit on a standard UK back box. So I bought a toggle switch from the local electrical retail for less than a tenner. Otherwise excellent bit of kit and would, if needed, buy again.

Great but after care needs improvement. …
The product and price is fantastic unfortunately I have emailed them a few times asking a couple of questions and had no reply.
I would like to purchase a multi channel remote and is strap on the roller broke, and asked for a replacement but know response.
But still a great product.
