Do not buy from this company, they don't care about their customers.
My package got damaged in transit returned to company. I heard nothing else,I used chat line, they refused to order another one,said they will refund my money in 3-5 working days.

The subscription is a great idea, the product comes nicely packaged and is good value.

My wife loved the surprise of her first box and the care that was put into wrapping and presenting them. 2nd box wasn't to her taste, but Debbie was happy to talk us through the returns process and sent a more suitable pair out right away.

Nicely packaged etc. The knickers themselves were just a horrid design. Cream with green appendages and came up to my waist.

My daughter thought it was a great gift. She can’t wait for the next pair to arrive

Came quickly but knickers where worth 11pound and they were not nice at all not worth the money

Great product received and great service. I also had need to contact them by email and they were very polite and quick to deal with my request.
However, I do find them a little expensive.

Seriously overpriced, and the cancellation fee is ridiculous.
I cancelled my subscription after 4 months of my 6 month purchase as the knickers were mainly from pour moi and all four came to around £20 total. I paid to send back 2 pairs with the tags to get some of the money back but they charge a 1 month unboxing fee so only refunded half of my money (a month and some chasing after my package arrived).
This means that I have spent £45 + my postage, on the first 2 pairs of knickers which I could have bought myself for £7.80.
The only good things about this company are the cute boxes and that Debbie is nice.

overpriced for what it offers in terms of quality and quantity

Purchased these for my wife’s birthday she was Really pleased excellent quality

I loved the packaging but I was disappointed by the lack of choice so I was set underwear that I won’t wear and I was miss guided by the website I thought I’d get more then one pair a month so I spent a lot of money to only get one pair a month for a 12 month subscription.

Beautifully wrapped and presented with speedy delivery. Excellent quality too. Will definitely be ordering again

Personally I didn’t think it was great value for money, my own fault as I didn’t fully read it so didn’t realise that for my £20.00 I would only get 1 pair, had I have known that I probably wouldn’t have gone for it. The knickers I received are actually a little on the small side and not really my style either. But, cannot fault the packaging and service and it’s nice to receive something that is a complete surprise.

Great concept - great product quality - great pricing structure and great communication.
