Knightswood Home Improvements Avaliações

New Windows, this is the 2nd job Nightswood have done on my property the first was a flat roof, which was done fantastically last year over the christmas period. This job the team turned up nice and early were polite and happy to answer any questions I had, they replaced all the windows on the front of my property, left it clean and tidy. The quality of the work was fantastic. I am very happy to recomend them.

Jumped on the job sooner than expected.
Skip and scaffolding and materials all turned up on time.
The roofing guys we prompt, polite, curtious and very efficient.
Very pleased with end result. Would recommend this company and the roofing guys without hesitation.

Knightswood fitted a new flat roof for me. Fitters were professional and done a good job. Office staff Claire was extremely helpful when we had an issue. Professional, good quality, fitted well and very happy. Thanks again!!!☺️💕

Knightswood home improvements have carried out the work in an exemplary manner, with John and mate assessing and installing the best and most cost effective way to complete the facia boarding, gutter and fall pipe work. Even though the company has had internal problems with a senior member health scare, they have proven that they are now back on track to continue with their scheduled work. I would recommend the installing team without hesitation

Well what can I say , what an absolute pleasure to work with , they installed all my windows and doors with perfection , I checked all the work they did and I found absolutely nothing to complain about what so ever . I’m more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Was recommended Knightswood by a neighbour. They have just completed. Very happy and I would recommend them myself. 4 windows were changed from the old pvc. Clean and tidy workman and very polite. Great job

Love my new roof work was done efficiently and within a short time scale as that was my requirement , work men cleared up everything after themselves great service from start to finish can’t thank them enough, for there fast response and brilliant workmanship.

Great company. Quick efficient and very helpful. Happy to recommend

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!
I wish that you could award a 0 - the worst, unprofessional outfit it has ever been my misfortune to engage.

* Missed 3 installation dates without any contact to explain
* Fail to respond to any correspondence, letters, emails, telephone calls including a recorded delivery to their Wolverhampton offices that was returned without explanation
* Happy and eager to take your deposit - don't give them your bank details.

A COMPLETE BUNCH OF CHARLATONS! AVOID AND ENGAGE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!

Was having issues with roof and was recommended knightswood. Service amazing really impressed with knowledge and they really put my mind at ease. Workers really polite and tidy, wouldn’t know they’d been if it wasn’t for the new roof. Thanks so much guys

The tradesmen that physically replaced my roof did a great job.

The customer service and after care provided, is shambolic. My skip has been abandoned on my drive (overfilled) because they ordered a skip too small. The skip company won't retrieve it.

I've communicated regularly with knightswood, only to be ignored and lied to about resolving the issue. There is a clear breach of contract and no one in management seems to care.

I would not use knightswood if you value your sanity and wish for stress free experience

I recently had Knightswood Home Improvements replace six windows, a bay window, all in double-glazed uPVC, my front and back doors, and a set of patio French doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the team were informative, polite, and helpful. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy, and were respectful of my home throughout the job.

The work was completed on time and at a price I was more than happy with. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail. I expected at least a bit of damage to the brickwork or the interior plaster when removing the old windows, but they were very careful and left no damage at all.

A professional and reliable company that clearly takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and a quality job. Competitively priced and didn't have to wait too long to be fitted

Knightswood done a 3 side Fascia, fitted 4 windows and a bifold door 2 weeks ago. The workers were very efficient and the fitters cleaned up after the job was completed.

Great service. Had a door fitted and could not be happier. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time, started work immediately. Courteous. Finished work by the end of the day (as I'd hoped for) .
I am very pleased by the appearance and standard of the work.
