I don’t normally write reviews but the customer experience and service given by James is absolutely first class. I will not buy crochet hooks for my wife from anywhere else. Hopefully, this company will continue to flourish!

My whole experience has been positive. The service was very prompt and order dispatched quickly. I use the Royal Mail tracked as have bad experiences with Evri in the past.
The seeknit Dpn’s are amazing and have lived up to expectations.

Just love the fact that all deliveries are not in plastic
The cube needles are exciting to knit with so comfortable in your hands
The row counter is very good quality with crisp number changes

Excellent service from James. One of the items I ordered was unfortunately out of stock with his supplier, so he phoned me (I think it was either the same day I ordered) to ask if I wanted an alternative or a refund. My parcel of lovely items arrived well-wrapped a few days later.
