We worked with Sara Stead over at Knock and we were blown away by her. I'll be honest, no part of me wanted to rely on using Knock since there's a cost, but ultimately without them we wouldn't have been able to purchase our dream house so I'm happy with the outcome. One of my perpetual frustrations with services like this is that the company knows you're in a tough spot and need them, so they generally also offer subpar customer service while extracting their fees. This couldn't be further from the truth in my experience with them.

Sara is the most capable person I've ever worked with in real estate. She kept us apprised of everything along the way much more efficiently than my primary lender, she helped to push everyone along, and helped to accelerate the closing. On top of that, her responsiveness was second-to-none. I called her a dozen times, only once was she not able to answer immediately but I had a text within 5 minutes and a call back within 10.

In summation, if you're in a situation where your house isn't selling as quickly as you need but there's another you need to close on, their service was timely with star-studded customer service. Their product (for me) was also significantly better than OpenDoor and Orchard, both of which we evaluated. If you're in the same situation as me I can't recommend Sara and Knock enough.

Great customer service and easy process

I have never experience home lending as expedient and thorough as Knock Lending LLC. Everyone should use their service.

Everyone moved so quickly to help us close on our new home and made it as smooth as it could possibly go.

Every day there was a new request for documentation. Lack of process and procedure to the point where it seemed totally random. Our contact was not helpful. If it wasn't for the efforts of our realtor and the Zillow rep this may not have gotten done.

The team was very helpful and responsive to any questions or assistance that we needed. I would highly recommend using Knock.

The transaction was streamlined and they kept me on track with their app.

The Knock Team are very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to reach when you need to ask something. They work in timely manner too that's why I was able to close on the date I wanted.

If I could give Knock negative stars I would. Their communication has been awful, our closing has been pushed back by two days and we are at risk of losing our new house because it takes HOURS for them to respond to a single email. The service is terrible, they push back on everything. They never put our loan through underwriting until the day AFTER we needed it to close so of course more conditions were added. Not only that but we turned in our docs on time, and they will not let us close on time. We keep trying to call one of the BLS on our file and it keeps going to voicemail. We are being ghosted and they just keep sending scheduling emails for the following day making it impossible for us to close! Their fees are outrageous for mediocre service. I’ve been looking for ways to close in my house without them but now we are stuck. As a realtor, I’ll never recommend knock to a single client!

If someone in customer service, a manager, or anyone high up can call us immediately that would be ideal. As of now I’m considering calling our attorney because this is just ridiculous

Donte was very helpful and was readily available when we had questions. The best thing was our ability to close on our new home in Dell Webb Lake Oconee and we have six months to pay back our Knock loan.

Good people easy to work with.

Everyone was very professional and knew their job well. I never asked a question that was not answered immediately. After this experience I would never think of using anyone else.
Everything happened just as they explained it. It was a wonderful experience. I love people who know their job well and enjoy doing it.

It was sometimes confusing who to talk to. Liz became my go to person as she was patient and was knowledgeable.
