Absolutes Disaster: nach Online Buchung eine sehr ordentliche Mail mit allen Angaben erhalten und zur Sicherheit nochmal per Mail von meiner Seite bestätigt. Vor Ort in Florenz war dann das bestellte Fahrzeug nicht da und keine der angegebenen Kontaktnummern funktionierte (entweder ging keiner dran oder die Nummer funktionierte überhaupt nicht). Auch per Mail reagierte keiner. Zwar hatte nichts gezahlt aber es war nicht einfach spontan eine Alternative zu finden

Looks like a SCAM! The stated price differs from the one in site
Ordered transfer Minivan in Rome from Airport to city. the site price stated 68euro. Operator from Knopkatransfer contacted me and said that:
1. price is 100euro
2. they asking prepayment 30euro
I said - I don't play a games with scammers. if you say the price is 68 - it must be 68. don't tell me 100 and dont ask prepayments!

Quest`estate abbiamo ordinato più volte un transferimento da questa compania. Da Milano a Genova poi da Genova a Pisa e ieri è stato il nostro ultimo viaggio di ritorno a Milano. Effettuare un ordine è molto semplice, lo facio sempre tramite Whatsapp. Il manager dà subito il prezzo e non ci sono insidie. Abbiamo ordinato diversi auto, ma erano sempre in ottime condizioni. Gli autisti sono ben vestiti e puntuali. Grazie per il meraviglioso servizio.

Servizio impeccabile da Malpensa fino all'hotel di Hyatt Hotels, e al ritorno non abbiamo dovuto aspettare: l'autista è arrivato esattamente all'orario stabilito.
