It was easy to set up our Snagging survey with Knott Brothers. Wonderful customer services with getting it all arranged. They did the survey on the day agreed. I received the comprehensive report from them on the same day. They were also able to share the results with the builder. First class service all around. I would highly recommend their service. Not cheap but did seem value for money.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I cannot recommend highly enough, especially if buying a new home, you ask the Knott Brothers Limited to come in and complete a snagging survey for you. They pick up problems you would have never have seen, that potentially would have given us a much bigger issue at a later date. Sorin was very thorough and very personable, and the report was back with us that night, which enabled me to send it back to the builder, who then sent someone in the very next day to begin fixing the issue. At short notice Hollie organised our appointment with the builder for a snagging inspection on our new house.
Craig carried out the inspection and emailed the report to me the same day and forwarded onto the builder, found 4red reportable defects which we won't have known about, all rectified by the time we moved into the property

The surveyour did a great job at looking at lots of minor snags and significant major ones. However, a lot of issues with kitchen cupboards, door stoppers and flooring that were prominent were missed. It was much easier to capture these issues while the house was empty.

Couldn’t fault it. Hollie was fantastic from start to finish. We had to move the date of our visit 3 times due to delays on the house completing and she rescheduled and responded to us within minutes (even outside of working hours). Communication was incredible, the surveyor arrived early, and the report was thorough and received within hours of the inspection
