I started working with Jayo in January and in 8 months I'm a completely different man - I've dropped over 15kg, dropped over 10% body fat, my mindset is stronger than ever and I've learnt things about myself that have changed my life. I'm more confident, I'm fitter, I'm stronger, I've got a better relationship with my friends, my family, my kids, and a much better relationship with food (I was a secret binge eater). If you're on the fence about working with Jayo, trust me, the man will change your life. He doesn't pull any punches, he doesn't take any BS, but that worked for me as he held me accountable and held me to a higher standard than I thought possible.
