Even if you never use their products, they refuse refunds or even exchanges, anyone can buy these exact same products on Amazon and never ever have this problem, I lost $198.00. Thank God I did not place a huge order because I buy in bulk for my upcoming tech shop. I normally buy thousands of units.

I bought a Koalarhealth smartwatch 1.5 years ago . It does not work. Save your money and buy a good smartwatch. This product is not worth your money…it will be wasted money.

I wouldn't trust any data from this device. I know some features are bogus bcuz I tested it myself. If you want a decent looking watch that is super gagety you might like it but don't buy it if you have afib or diabetes. It won't help you in an emergency and it will give you false readings. Just another piece a crap from China that doesn't work and is a just money grab. I think they have another company called Poalarhealth that sells the same stuff but different. Their website is awesome though and customer service is quick to respond but they are not very knowledgeable or helpful especially when asked multiple questions they just disregard them. The help section and troubleshooting is non-existent and that is not an exaggeration. If you buy this watch prepare to be frustrated and know you will have to figure out everything on your own because you likely won't be able to return it. Would I buy it again, no. Did I try to return it, no. So consider that too.

The sleep timer has been proven inaccurate several times. When have a poor 5 hours sleep it comments "Great Job Keep it Up" really? They couldn't have programmed better analysis! Now I really don't believe the rest of the data. Good luck adding feedback to the actual website, they only accept positive reviews. Only 5 star reviews.... not likely.

Be weary- they only give you 7 days to return. During this time you have to do multiple, multiple calibrations and even still the watch is off by 20-30 points.
You have to request a return by contacting them and their response time is at least 2-3 days.
As I result I paid for a watch that is unable to be calibrated or returned.

I purchased watch ET470. It is easy to use. I purchased it mainly for the sleep app and the HRV and the ECG. The phone constantly disconnects during the night so it doesn't give the sleep reading or what is happening when I sleep. I have heart disease with 8 stents and the watch keeps telling me there is no issue. Haha
Seems the blood pressure is a little off but very close to actual BP. The step counter seems to be counting steps just when I move my arms. I do like the ECG function, heart rate , body composition, blood component, weather and can read text messages. It does have great battery life. Used it for a week before charging.

Very irritated that it disconnects frequently from my phone which prevents HRV sleep reading. And yes I made sure it has unrestricted battery usage and checked all the settings. This does not happen every night.

The watch doesn't work. The step counter counter over 2600 steps while I was sitting. It constantly showed some error mark. I tried my best to return it, but the co.pany wouldn't believe me NO MATTER WHAT I said or how I proved it. What a waste of time. I'm a single mother barely making it, and trying to get in better health. I should have purchased American made products. They treated me like a liar and a thief. Money I should have used on my two kids. So sad and poorer now.

One of the best watches in the market I found.The ability to change the monitoring into imperial or metric results is a great feature.The glucose monitoring is also interchangeable.The battery is lasting greater than 4 days.Great watch,I love it.Kudos to koalarhealth.mywatch is KH55.

Stay away from this low cost-low quality watch. The display is like in the year 2010, sometimes it wont measure anything(not working), and after 4 months it won’t charge itself anymore, trow it in the trash bin unfortunately!

This watch is programmed, for example, regardless of eating breakfast, lunch and tea, after 8 am, 13 pm and 19, or 20 , blood glucose raise. I did in different ways and all patterns the same, even I dis not eat anything except water. Pulse, I you rest shows 125 pulse beat, I checked manfully straightway, it was 73.
So no point of its medical.
Stepps is inaccurate I compared with my fitness watch.
The alarm is rubbish, absolutely with vibrate, it us rubbish. After 2 vibrate, it is turn off the vibrate itself. It was my biggest wast 9fvtime and money.

I bought this watch hoping it might serve me better than having to spend money on the FreeStyle Libra system. What I found is that this watch doesn't even get within a 5-10 % range of glucose results, as compared to the LifeStyle. It doesn't even get that close to a manual BP vs/one by this watch. So How do I justify buying this watch. It has other useful support on it that I like ,such as weather, pulse,o2 stand steps.

The manual is poorly written and incomplete. The sleep function did not work. There is no tech support and no response from the company.

Ordered the KH10 for blood glucose. Don't waste your money!!!! They are selective on the feedback left on their website. Anything less than 5-stars are deleted. I purchased the watch. It was defective from Day-1. It is garbage. They refused to replace or provide a refund. They claim their watches are perfect without any defects. Terrible!!!!!!

Maybe it should be -1 star, I never get the delevery, I am trying to get my refund but they are not responding properly. They are just sending me auto messages...I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!!!!

Got a KH44 smart watch and while in general it seems quite good, I have an issue with the blood glucose readings. It didn't work initially and the readings stayed at about 6.5. It suddenly started working for a few hours and then stopped at midnight with the readings at around 4.5 from then on. I have contacted the company and will report back.

It seems to get readings that are closer to the standard blood meter values you need to plumb in sets of readings into the application. So it would suggest that the readings the watch gives are not absolute but relative and require calibration from another measurement source. Better than nothing and time will tell if it's useful. Blood pressure looks the same. Good value in general because it's cheaper than other watches that have the same features but don't offer glucose monitoring.

Watch did not work. Blood sugar reading was 289 on watch and traditional method showed level at 107. Also would not pair with iPhone. Would not keep correct time. Wanted me to ship overseas for refund. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The app doesn't seem to work well with a driod phone and the instruction booklet is not very helpful. The watch itself is not easy to navigate. I do not suggest this brand of smartwatch.

The watch arrived approximately 2 weeks after order, no problem with that. As for everything else...the blood glucose numbers on watch are approximately 50 lower than an actual glucose check using a meter. I find it hard to believe my blood oxygen levels are 99% all of the time. The app is useless and doesn't store any information, and won't run any diagnostics. All in all I find it to be an expensive, and useless wrist bauble. I have much buyer's regret.

My experience with KoalarHealth smart watches has been legit. The website is fairly new so it has low scores, but I ordered a smartwatch from them received tracking info fast and got my watch in about two weeks. The watch works as described. I’m happy with it. I do not know how customer service is since I haven’t needed to use the support service. The price, shipping, product has been very good. Thanks for reading.

Just leaving a review to say that this site is real. When I wanted one of these watches, I couldn't find any info on whether or not the site was safe. Decided to risk it, and I did receive a watch (w/package tracking) a couple weeks after ordering. Watch is working well (have had it about a month). I don't have another smart watch to compare readings and confirm they are accurate, but it measures my sleep correctly, and blood glucose readings correspond correctly to times I ate or was hungry, etc. App works well on my iPhone.
