My experience with this Casino is pretty good as far as all things go.
I made multiple deposits and won 750 euros twice, I also lost some money but that is how a casino works.
As far as all things go. The casino has a great assortment of games and from personal experience I won more than I put into the website. Payments are normally handled within 2-3 Business days of me making my withdrawal request.

The one and only thing I dislike is that my favourite slot Gates of Olympus became geo restricted.

That happened two days after I won a jackpot of 3500 euros on the slot.
The website did pay me out but that came as a surprise.

I am unaware if it was already restricted and they payed me out regardless of that and they fixed that mistake or if it became restricted as a result of me winning. The latter seems a bit of a stretch casinos make more than that and 3500 isn’t even a dent for them

This also shows that negative reviews do not always define a casino or the quality of its support team. Every experience can be different, and in my case the communication and effort from support have been genuinely appreciated.

Update: 31-05-2026 they kept ignoring my mails and did not provide any updates or refund completed. I can call this def a scam

De website werkt goed, ik heb ook echt nooit te klagen gehad over hoe het werkt. Maar enkele maanden geleden heb ik een bet geplaatst (100% zeker zonder bonus) en een paar dagen geleden had ik deze definitief gewonnen. De winst werd opeens niet toegevoegd aan mijn balans (Waarschijnlijk omdat het ging om 5000euro) en na contact met de support krijg ik te horen dat de bonus is verlopen. Dat is echt bizarre onzin want ik heb geen bonus gebruikt + dan hadden ze de bet niet moeten accepteren.

Ik ben nog met ze aan het praten, dus als dit goed wordt opgelost verander ik de review in 5 sterren.

Heel eerlijk is het geen slecht casino het uitbetalen duurt inderdaad lang +/- 72 uur. Ik heb ook eens een mega bedrag gewonnen en grote bedragen uitbetaald. alleen lastig is dat ze je account niet willen sluiten. Dus niet helemaal zuivere koffie denk ik hierdoor.

I deposited money, played some games, and have been trying to withdraw my money for over a month now, probably 10 to 15 times. Every single time the withdrawal gets cancelled because they claim I filled out incorrect information, even though it is exactly the same information I used to deposit money.

Customer support is also terrible. Half of the time I cannot even open a chat, and when I finally do, they do not help at all and just give useless, generic responses.

This has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

"This is not just a bad casino, it’s a full-on impersonation trap, and the way they do it is through a sneaky redirect “buffer” site that poses as the official page of a well-known brand. If you’re scrolling quickly or on mobile, you barely notice how you’re moved from one domain to another.
I was searching specifically for the official site of a major casino brand I’ve heard about on streaming platforms. One of the top results showed their logo and a huge “Exclusive Bonus” banner. I clicked, saw the correct branding, and hit “Register.” What actually happened in the background was a redirect to a different domain that only looks like the real thing.
I deposited $50 with PayPal, got a matched bonus, and started playing Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush, and some live roulette. The games themselves didn’t look suspicious; they seemed like real providers. My balance went up and down and after a few hours I was sitting at around $180. I decided to take a break and withdraw $150.
The withdrawal request went “pending” instantly and stayed like that for three days. No email, no explanation. I contacted support and spoke to someone named “Chris,” who told me that my account had been “randomly selected” for an advanced security check and that I should wait 24–72 hours. After 72 hours, nothing changed, so I wrote to them again.

I have played thousands of € here and their website is such a mess. The biggest issue I have now is that I made 2 bets that did not go through on a live game called 'Casino Holdm' where you make an initial bet for the ante & bonus, and if you have strong enough hand you can make the call.

The 2 bets I made accepted my initial ante/bonus of €400 but when I made the call in both bets I received a popup that I exceeded the max betting amount and the bet was cancelled. This is absolutely outragious because on the corner of the game it says the max bet is €2120 which I was nowher near of and on top of that these were BOTH WINNING HANDS.

Not only did the bets not go through, they did not refund me my initial ante/bonus wagers!! It has been more than 3 weeks now and I still get an excuse that they are still investigating the situation. In the backlog they registered these 2 bets as 'losses' but still trying to tell me there is a queue of issues they have to solve.

Let me tell you this:
Lets say they are speaking the truth and there is still a queue of over 3 weeks. This would mean they have so many issues and have failed so many players which should be reason enough not to play here.
Option 2 is they are lying and waiting untill I give my case up.

Either way, enough reason NOT to play here.

I have contacted a lawyer and will not accept any other outcome than getting my money back.
