Probably the worst customer service I've received. After spending a lot of money on a leather golf holder I contacted the seller to give feedback; 1 - that the holder was too small for golf cards and 2 - the leather didn't feel good quality. I was told that I could go ahead and leave a bad review and that I was wrong basically.
So buyer beware!

I’ve bought at least four suitcases from this brand. A couple as gifts. I bought the large one and it broke after only a few flights but just thought I’d get another one. I then ordered another large. After eighteen months, all the stitching has come undone leaving a gaping hole in the suitcase which my things fall through. This should be covered under the two year warranty but they won’t cover it as it’s ’wear and tear’. There’s other things such as the scratches all over it that I would consider wear and tear but not their stitching coming undone. £175 for a suitcase that breaks so easily is not okay.

(I was willing to let all the scratches slide but I’ve taken another hard shell suitcase on eight flights and it doesn’t have a single scratch on it - it’s the type of plastic they use).

Thank you for speedy delivery. Love my Pipa crossover bag with interchangeable straps. This bag looks small but holds everything. Perfect for airports fitted 2 passports, bag of sweets and my phone and purse with still room for sunglasses. I also use them most days they ate my favourite go to small handy bag. I've now got 2 of these bags will defo be getting more. Still looks like new after being all over the world and through many airports.

My fiancé ordered me a Christmas gift of the embroidered pouch from here which arrived so quickly - you wouldn't know it was bought right before Christmas. The quality was lovely and the size of the pouch was fantastic and much bigger than I though. The embroidery itself is clean and lovely with no frays or anything at all. Unfortunately my zip was catching and splitting so I contacted them right away to ask if there was anything I could do to fix it as I know there's some tips and tricks for these kind of things. They offered my a lovely solution and also sent a replacement one out to me as an apology. I was hesitant as I was happy with what I had but they were insistent that I had something I was more than happy with and sent this out to me. I just received my replacement which has arrived in the same quality and standard as the first one but with a less sticky zip and I couldn't be happier. Communication was great and speedy and they were quick to resolve the issue. They couldn't have been nicer to deal with and would happily buy from them again

I bought a bag for my holiday and loved it so much I've bought three more as gifts!

I’ve ordered several products from this company, most recently personalised mugs and coasters. They arrived quickly and are perfect Christmas presents, great quality and reasonably priced.

Really horrible customer service. Inconsistent quality of products. Might have considered ordering products that had been reviewed well but not after my email interaction with customer service.

I ordered a iPhone case. Supposedly leather with a card pocket on the back. When it arrived the card pocket was a darker colour than the rest of the case whereas in the photos on the website the colour was seemless.

When I contacted the company I was told that all their cases with pockets have a darker colour to the rest of the product. Why was this not shown in the website photos or made clear?!!!

I was then told I could return for a refund but I would have to pay for postage to return, which seems ridiculous seeing as I’ve paid for delivery already of a clearly faulty product. Would not order from them again!!!’

LEATHER!! Definitely not. Why describe something as 'Saffiano leather' its plastic. I queried the phrase before purchase but given a misleading reply. Contravenes trades description. Expensive plastic.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Mini Wallet from this company through Etsy and it arrived damaged. I haved contavted teh company and they are complelty faling to respond. Never again.
