Great designers and team
The team is awesome, they're very attentive to anything we need. I can trust them with the most complex tasks. The turnaround times are very fast and revisions are fast too. I've used many designers and so far they've all been good.

Great value. Strong designers. Proactive team.
We've been working with KK for over a year, and based on our experienced, I'm quite happy to vouch and recommend the service.
As service providers ourselves, I think they offer incredible value for what they charge. They've effectively helped us offload vetting and hiring designers, manage projects, run creative development, and manage revisions.
Like any hires, the service isn't without issues—most notably around the consistency of their ad quality... but that's somewhat expected for any creative work—it's supposed to be hard.
But KK has been proactive with acknowledging their flaws, reaching out for feedback, and they've made noticeable improvements. That gives me confidence and optimism in their team.

We have been using Konstant Kreative for a good 6-months, and they have produced 3-5X returns on a few e-com businesses.
We have created content for:
x Facebook Ads
x Social Media
x Youtube
x Product Promos
Editors have solid and reliable technical and platform experience, so I doubt there are things you will ask them to do and they won't be able to accomplish (let's be realistic here)
We also wanted a higher amount of creatives and much more complicated - and they matched our needs and came up with a tailored plan.
You have to get involved with the creatives and not just submit a few sentences and expect to see what you have in your head...
You have to learn to work with the creators and they are always trying to match a person who is not only skilled but can work with your brand.
The only problem was in the beginning, communication was a little off but that was 6 months ago...
Anyway, somebody who will put effort into the service and be patient will just win.

Impressive!
Was not super impressed during the first 2 months of my work with KK, but after they introduced changes to the way they operate + the way they communicate, the quality of their work has been exceptional. Very happy with the outcomes, and also turnaround times have been reduced significantly. Just received a project 5 days before the deadline, which makes me very happy. Nice work!

Amazing Designs, easy to work with!
We have been working with Konstant Kreative for almost a year now and, in that time, they’ve managed to deliver 300+ high-quality creatives for 5 of our clients. What’s more satisfying is that they are always looking for ways to step up the work by either bringing in new team members, refining their platform, or improving turnaround times, its been a pleasure to work with them!

The team is working hard to improve
I only checked Trustpilot after signing up and it got me really worried I made a bad decision. The first couple of days after signing up where a bit rocky but the team really turned it around. The score they've received on here isn't really fair and doesn't reflect their efforts.
They've produced over 5 creatives for us in 3 days and been very proactive in their communication. They're much faster and better at sticking to our brand and instructions than many of the freelancers we've worked with. On top, they also bring in their own ideas to fill any gaps.
I'll keep this review updated if anything changes but so far I did not share the same experience as some of the other people leaving comments. Yes, the portal is a big buggy but the fact they even have one is impressive and imho shows they are serious about their work.
I think in terms of speed, quality and experience you're getting a lot for the low price they are charging.

WE have asked for a refund within the first 10 days as we never got one piece of content. Two months later they still have not refunded us. We were on it, they were not. Save your money and don't do it! Over promise way under deliver

The owner is a smart marketing guy but it was a bad idea to launch a service like this. Stick to what you know. They literally stick to nothing they claim to offer on their website and their portal is garbage. Just like others said it was a nice idea but horrible execution.
This service will cost you more time, money and headaches than just making designs yourself. Be careful.

Over the past few months, we have actually fixed many of the concerns that you discuss in your review, and to be honest, we have done a complete 180 in terms of how we operate. Project delivery times are not only faster, but the designs are of a much higher quality, our UI has been completely revamped and is much more intuitive, and we have also moved all communication operations to Slack, where team members are able to answer any questions at a moment's notice! Terrible terrible terrible. What else is there to say?
Their platform advertises 1-2 biz day turn arounds, on day 5/6 you get a message on their platform that says they need the raw files (which you've already uploaded at the time you submit the ticket).
You can't even reply to the message in the thread within their platform because there's no "enter" button to submit a message.
The customer service is terrible.
Please avoid this platform at all costs

Since the beginning of the year, we have taken a step back at Konstant to reflect on the values we try our best to honor the most, and we have realized that we were not doing our part in serving our clients to the best of our ability. Since then, we have actually implemented tons of new changes that have completely altered the direction in which we were heading in the best way possible. We moved all communication over to Slack, where our team members are able to answer any question you have at any time, as well as reach out if we are missing project information. Also, we have designated team leaders now who are in charge of overseeing the projects in our platform, which has not only sped up our turnaround times, but have also improved the quality and communication aspects of our service. Disappointed.
The content itself wasn't bad, but deadlines were basically nonexistent. Communication with editors and anyone on the team is also lacking to a high degree. Very disappointed here.

It's been a while since we have last spoken, but I just wanted to reach out and let you know that, here at Konstant, we have been taking note of our shortcomings over the past few months and trying to improve on them for the sake of our clients, and I think it's pretty safe to say that we have done a complete turnaround on all fronts in terms of how we operate. We have started implementing the use of team leaders who are in charge of project delivery, all of our communication efforts have been improved drastically, with every client being placed in their own Slack channel where we are able to work 1 on 1 with each other. Our design team has expanded as well, and have been separated into teams. Since implementing these changes, as well as other changes to our platform such as our UI design, we have been able to meet our promises like never before! Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all. I convinced my boss to sign up to use this service since the owner is an ads guy but what we got back looked like templates. Sure, it's nice to get a design back next day but I'd rather wait longer to get quality work back instead. Maybe they will improve quality later on but for now I will pass on this service.

As a service, these are the reviews that we learn the most from in order to improve things on our end. With that being said, I would like to say that we have changed tremendously since you and your boss were with us last. We started to take note of trends of ours, including project quality, communication, and our turnaround time. On our platform, we now have 3 team leaders who are responsible for all things related to quality control of our projects, as well as keeping in touch on a day to day basis with our clients in order to ensure that everything is running up to speed on our end. They are also incredibly qualified in offering project feedback to our designers, so that way each draft that comes through improves on the one that came before it. We've grown tremendously over the past few months, and have started to implement new features into our platform such as 24 hour Slack communication with everybody on the Konstant team, and even more project options that you can request! I was excited about the promised service but to be honest, timelines were not respected, quality of delivery was subpar, and their platform is confusing.

Hi Jeremie! First off, thank you for bringing all of this to our attention. A few months back, we started to take a closer look at our Trustpilot scores, and we were noticing a trend in regards to our shortcomings as a business. After seeing the areas we need to improve in through reviews such as the one you left us, we started to get the ball rolling in order to enhance our platform, and start delivering on all of our promises. The first thing we took into account was our turnaround times. We have been able to improve these dramatically by splitting our design team into pods that are overlooked by a team leader, who has been tasked with passing project drafts back to clients every day. This has helped us stick to our turnaround time, and as a matter of fact, we are also seeing many instances where projects are coming in super early! Another area we were able to focus on through this transition was our delivery quality. Each team leader is incredibly skilled in making sure each project matches the exact directions of the brief, and that designers are able to use their own creativity to navigate through each project, providing clients with incredible, convertible pieces of content. Furthermore, our communication efforts have also been revamped, with each client being placed into their very own personalized Slack channel, allowing for constant access to team leaders, as well as account managers. With these efforts in mind, we believe it is safe to say that our platform is absolutely more intuitive, user friendly, and far more advanced than it has ever been, and we've only been going up from here! Not a great start...
We're still wihin the first 2 weeks of using this and have been underwhelmed so far.
They promise design work will be completed within 1-2 days. We are still waiting for assets to be completed almost a week later.
We put requests in on Friday, they said it will be ready on Tuesday. It's now Thursday.
I know people have found success with this service, but I've had emails go unresponded and of my first 3 design tasks, 2 are already overdue. I've used their competitor and they seemed to have better processes, better communication and never missed deadlines.
I may revisit this review if things change but things would need to change dramatically before I can recommend this service.

First off, regarding our turnaround time, it has dramatically improved for the better, with new drafts coming back to you in as little as 30 minutes from your request in some cases. Along with this, the quality of our designs have improved tremendously, and our communication capabilities have also been reworked, with every client of ours having their own personal Slack channel.
