I have to ask my clients to create screen sharing videos so of the time. It's inconvenient for many of them to download Loom and learn how to use it so sending them a link with my brand and domain in it is perfect!

I absolutely love this! I've been on the lookout for a Loom alternative for a while, and then, suddenly, this gem appeared. Initially, when i first was introduced to it the option to record with both camera and screen wasn't available. However, in just a short period, they've listened to feedback and integrated this feature. I'm really excited to see how this tool evolves.

I really like the use of the software. Simple and also very complete with the possibility of adding call to actions during the video.
I use the product to make videos to explain to support teams the issues I find, and also I can embed videos to my blog to give explanations.

It's very easy to use. No fuss. Just record, review, save, and send. It could help me with my DJ business. Clients have questions about my Client Portal all the time. I will be able to virtually effortlessly grab short videos to send to them.

But, the most exciting thing to me- the ability to send a link for my satisfied customers to record testimonials - quickly and easily! This is HOT to me!

I am so excited about the product. The company is striving to make it better all the time, too. That is a great thing. I recommend it to those who record screen shots a lot. I've found my new favorite! -Doug

I operate a small business looking to create my first on-line course. I’m not very tech savvy and have a limited budget. I needed an inexpensive video software for making, storing, and sharing videos that was easy to learn. Konvey is exactly what I was looking for. I created my first video within minutes. I love that I’ll be able to store my videos in the cloud. I will be upgrading to unlimited cloud storage as I create additional courses.

User interface is very good.It is good software. In chrome browser I am facing audio recording issues. It is not working when we choose screen recordings option in the software.

J'apprécie beaucoup la possibilité de demander une vidéo à une tierce personne, par exemple pour un témoignage. Le processus est très simple !
Seul bémol que j'ai pu constater : dans l'aperçu d'une vidéo reçue, si elle a été filmée en format portrait, elle apparaît tronquée. Mais j'ai bon espoir que ça sera corrigé.

Konvey is super easy to use right off the bat. I was really happy to find out how simple it was to change the video quality and pick whether I wanted to record my screen or use the camera. I made a bunch of videos in just a few minutes to try out different things, and it was actually fun. It's going to be easy for my customers to send feedback or ask for help, too. Konvey has really helped me get better feedback from my customers. Don't miss out on this. I'm really glad I found it and totally recommend it!

I am a developer myself and I appreciate the dedication of the team, especially in support. However, the priority should be ensuring that existing functions work smoothly across all systems before delving into adding new features.

Specifically:

The extension needs to be available in the Chrome Store to maintain trust.

The recording process is still inconsistent. When using the function from the dashboard, there are issues with switching and the countdown not always appearing. The extension sometimes doesn't respond at all, creating a less than smooth user experience.

Recording functionality On macOS with the latest Chrome browser and all permissions granted, starting recording is sometimes unresponsive. Restarting the browser helps, but the process remains rough. Additionally, Screen+Cam recording only captures the additional cam window when moved slightly due to macOS layering, which may be a concern for other Mac users.

Optimization Focus on refining the functions mentioned above before proceeding. Ensure a seamless experience across all devices and have the extension available in the Chrome Store.

New features
Maintain focus on enhancements directly benefiting the existing functions: such as adding blurred or custom backgrounds to the CAM window and integrating a Pause function.

I'd like to award 5 stars eventually, but currently, it's at 3 stars. Prioritize refining existing aspects before introducing more features.

Konvey seems to be a small company, but they also seem very compromised with what they are doing.
This SaaS works and looks very solid and stable.
I understand that is not a perfect solution, but the most important for me... They are working diligently to improve listening and responding to customers' feedback.

I was looking for a low cost alternative to Loom and found this deal on AppSumo and decided to give it a go.

I'm glad I did because it's a simple and effective app for sales.

I have a small agency so anything I can do to add a personal touch helps. Konvey gives me the right app and the right price to do that.

Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is I have had some reliability issues.

UPDATE: I continue to still have issues with reliability. Users can't view my videos which defeats the purpose of the entire software.

And customer support hasn't been helpful. Knocking down a few stars.

It is possible that the great values that everyone highlights about Konvey are its ease, intuitive interface and solid product, but I would like to highlight that I give it this score because of the energy of the team behind it, efficient and quick in answering any questions and that I'm sure they are going to take the product VERY FAR. Congratulations

Konvey keeps a list of all videos made ... you can delete it , change the title and resend it to people TNIS is really going to help me with people - entertainers and vendors who sign up to our site and have all kinds of questions.... I can make ONE video and resend it out over and over

I REALLY wanted to like this software, but unfortunately, it didn't workout for me.

Decent Loom alternative, but unfortunately it doesn't do a good job of capturing all audio that comes through each window you set it to and it's been unreliable in testing.

I tested using macbook microphone, USB Mic, and connected to Audio Interface, no setup combination made the audio usable. My voice sounded good when using a mic, but then there was no computer audio. This makes it unusable for me.

A lot of the apps I use have pop ups with additional settings to adjust, when I select the app's window, all the pop ups aren't shown on screen, so I need to record the entire screen to see everything. On top of that, there are no player controls when reviewing the screen recording and so far when I download the videos, none are actually playable.

With the amount of work required to get audio correctly, assuming I can figure that out since there's no way to select an input or output source in the app, I'm better off using Blackmagic ATEM Switcher Software, which comes free when you purchase a Switcher. I understand that I need to change my system settings every time I record, but it would be great if it had that built into the app.

I don't foresee myself using this since it actually takes the same amount of work to get worse results than a free program, it's been unreliable thus far, and I wouldn't want to send this to a client and hope their recording goes well.

The platform as it is now is pretty stable for what its advertised to do. There are still a lot of room for improvement, which is a great thing for tools such as this. It has many purposes for custom success teams and I really love that flexibility.

I've used SnagIt for my screen captures and recordings for years. What separates it from SnagIt is the unlimited cloud space I get to store my files. You can almost immediately create a link to the created file, and share the recording with others. A really nice feature that gives me piece of mind that my recordings are safe!

Hola, quiero compartir mi reseña en español, especialmente porque hay pocas y algunas ocasiones los traductores no son lo suficientemente finos, especialmente cuando quieres hacer una inversión en software.
El contexto es que vengo de Loom, usuario desde hace tiempo. Lo primero es que comencé directamente a trabajar, si conoces de qué trata este tipo de soluciones no habrá costuras en la curva de aprendizaje. Avanzas sin fricción. El video request es de los puntos fuertes.
Es tremendamente más económico que Loom, mucho más generoso en los minutos de grabación.
Muy bien muchachos de Konvey.
Sólo tengo 2 aspectos que mejorar, que perfectamente puedo vivir sin ellos:
- Al intentar reproducir un video en Firefox arroja el error:
"No se encontro el video con formato tipo mime soportados". Es de fácil resolución. Aunque SI funciona en todo el resto de navegadores.
Y sólo porque mencioné Loom, hay detalles innecesarios pero de fuerte impacto en Marketing como la incorporación de AI en la extracción de datos de las grabaciones y consigues títulos automáticamente para tus videos. Me gusta esa función y me ahorra mucho tiempo.
Podría reseñar más cosas, sin embargo todo está dicho en las revisiones.

I just purchased Konvey yesterday because needed a tool that would make it easier to communicate with my clients. The user interface is clean and very easy to use. In just 24 hours, my clients have already appreciated our new way of communicating.
