As we explained when you contacted us at the time, there was unfortunately an issue with the original shipment: the parcel was returned during transit due to a damaged shipping label. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the concern and frustration caused by the delivery time of your order KR6**9.

We would like to provide an update, as the situation has developed since this review was posted on April 23. Our Customer Service team remained in communication with you regarding the order between April 18 and May 4, providing updates and assistance while the shipment was in transit.

The order was subsequently delivered on May 5. While the delivery took longer than we would have liked, it was completed within the maximum delivery timeframe applicable to the order.

We also understand that a chargeback was opened in relation to this purchase and that the full amount of the order was ultimately refunded through that process. As the goods were delivered and the full payment was subsequently refunded, we believe the original concerns regarding both non-delivery and the payment have now been resolved.

Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration that waiting for an order can cause. We continue to work on improving our fulfilment and delivery times so that our customers receive their orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the issue with order KR6**9 and would like to clarify what happened.

Your order was delivered on April 14. On April 15, you contacted us regarding the sizing, and on April 16 our team requested photos and measurements so we could investigate.

After receiving and reviewing this information, we confirmed that the items did not match the expected measurements for size XL and sincerely apologized. We then offered you either a free replacement in the correct size or a full 100% refund, with no return required.

However, a chargeback had already been opened with your payment provider, initially on the basis that the order had not been received. While a chargeback is active, our e-commerce platform blocks us from issuing refunds, replacements or making other changes to the disputed order.

We therefore asked for the chargeback to be withdrawn so we could resolve the issue directly and much faster. Chargebacks also result in an additional €15 dispute fee charged to our company, which could have been avoided by resolving the matter directly.

You chose to continue with the chargeback, which we respected. Unfortunately, this meant our system remained unable to process the refund or replacement we had offered.

We sincerely regret the sizing issue and the inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the item from order KR4**3 did not meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify how your case was handled.

You contacted our Customer Service team on January 21, and we responded the following day asking for further details and photos so that we could investigate the sizing issue. In particular, as your review states that the item measured 108 cm rather than the advertised 118 cm, photos showing the measurements would have allowed us to verify this significant discrepancy. Unfortunately, we did not receive this evidence, so we were unable to confirm the sizing issue.

Nevertheless, we continued assisting you and offered two solutions: a full refund upon return of the item, or a 50% refund with no return required.

You chose the 50% refund option on February 4, and the £38.00 GBP refund was promptly processed to your original payment method, with no requirement to return the item.

We therefore hope the solution you selected helped resolve your concerns. We remain committed to assisting our customers whenever an order does not meet their expectations and appreciate your feedback.

We would, however, like to clarify a few details regarding your experience. Our records show that your first order, #KR4**4, was placed on December 21, processed on December 23, and delivered on January 3. Therefore, the delivery did not take three weeks as mentioned in your review.

We also could not find any previous contact with our Customer Service team regarding the concerns described here. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to review the matter with you and provide the appropriate exchange, return, or refund options available for your order.

We also note that on January 13, following this review, a second order, #KR4**6, was placed for the same item in another color. We appreciate that you chose to shop with Korrazo again.
