During the customer discovery and problem validation stage of my startup, Kosmo executed customer interviews and prototype feedback rounds to help with the validation. These were real calls with various target audiences, so the quality was extremely high and paid dividends in helping us shape our ICP and validate the problem. This was leveraged to verify willingness to pay at our own events which succeeded with more than 10kUSD worth of pre-sales commitments at the very first in-person event!

My experience with Kosmo Research has been very positive so far. The overall process is straightforward, easy to follow, and quick. The instructions and information provided are clear, making it easy to understand what is expected and how to participate in each study. I appreciate the opportunity to share my opinions and contribute to different research studies. The process has been smooth and convenient, and I have had a good overall experience.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I hope there will be more survey opportunities available in the future. At the moment, the number of studies seems a little limited, so I would love to see more surveys that match my background and interests. This would give participants more opportunities to get involved and contribute their insights. Overall, I am happy with my experience with Kosmo Research. I appreciate their clear communication and easy-to-use process, and I look forward to participating in more studies in the future. Hopefully, there will be many more opportunities ahead!
