We ordered a motor that U put together and got a lump of plastic look like it was painted by a baby

If I could do 0 stars I would. Purchased some denim shorts and when they arrived they were tiny and the button hole hadn’t been cut out so you couldn’t do them up. When I questioned them and asked for details to return they refused and said this is how button holes come and I should take them to a tailor to cut the button holes out. Do not recommend. Complete scam.

Was not sure about them but they are ok - bit overpriced for the quality though

Total scam, 4 months after I still haven’t received my goods, and I get same unprofessional reply, that’s please be patience.

The company is located in UK, and are a bunch of scammers living in Marbella, and living the life on our stupidity……..that’s we believe in them, and water out money in them being hot shots.

Typical English scam.

I ordered to items from this shop and at first I waited for a month. Only then checked order tracking that it hasn’t even been shipped. Contacted support, they responded in less than 24 hours (the problem was that their system didn’t understand my address). They re-entered manually the information and then everything was great. Received my order in 19 days (not business days, but in general) even though it was during Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Quality is 7/10 I would say only because I imagined a bit different cloth, got some extra threads and there’s too much cloth for the hood in my opinion. But seams, colours, size and how it looks in general is great!

I emailed them 3 times. No response. Fustrating asf because Im wasting $50. It looked cool on instagram but I knew it was too good to be true. I put in my old address on accident. I have emailed 3 times, dmed their instagram 6 times. No response. Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere else with good customer service. Their website also says they will “respond to all emails in 24 hours” which is BS as I stated Find clothing like this somewhere else. Dont waste your time. Scammers.

UPDATE: Dec. 29 2022: SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL; These people suck. I sent 3 emails out about my package being shipped to the wrong place. They responded AFTER IT WAS SHIPPED and are now saying “we cant do anything about it” F this place and a waste if my money. Please go somewhere else. They literally responded after it was shipped 2 DAYS AFTER I EMAILED THEM when they say they respond to emails in under 24 hours. Im extremely pissed off.

LAST UPDATE: March 13th 2023: Today is march 13th 2023 and after placing my order on December 28th 2022 my package went to my old address. The person who got it sent it back and it came to my knew one after 3 MONTHS. I gave up on trying to DM on insta and email them. I FINALLY got it today. I waited 3 months for something thats not even very good quality. $50? Iv gotten something similar or half the price with the quality. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

The products delivered are not matching the ad, and of course the customer service is not available. I sent an email and it does not even exist.

I ordered a bunch of clothes consisting of a jacket, a jumper, a shirt and some pants and they all arrived within 20 days of the purchase (I am in Australia). I gotta admit I was worried after reading a lot of reviews that claimed this company was a scam, some within my own region, but I was happy to see the progress of my package while tracking it until finally arrived at my front door. I was kinda of scared when I got a tracking number that didn’t have any data on it, but after a couple of days it was registered and gave me regular updates on the location. Each item holds true to what they say. I can understand that some of them are thinner than what they look like on the photos (besides the jeans they were fine), but I guess that’s the style anyway, “clothes you can wear out and about without getting to stuffy in them.” I can see myself wearing the jumper in summer, that’s how cool it is with it on. Overall, these clothes are exactly what they said would be and I love them, the styles of each one is unique and that’s why I love this company, would buy again.

The one thing I do believe is not buying these clothes full price, I would not have bought any of them if they weren’t on special and to be honest I don’t think they are worth the full price. Do not buy any without a coupon or discount! 60% off is the best, look out for those!

Been waiting over 2 months. They say they don't have my address and then they send another email saying it's now been posted to my address....that they supposedly don't have. I'll be seeking a refund through PayPal from these scumbags.

My bad that I trusted this site and ordered immediately when I saw cool clothes, because it’s been nearly 2 months that I made my purchase and it still says they haven’t shipped my order yet, tried contacting through email several times and got not a single response. Just don’t buy anything from here, unless you want to throw your money away

Not reviewing the clothes, but the customer service.

I mistakenly chose the wrong payment method for the clothes I wanted to buy. Wanted to pay in installments but I chose the once off payment instead. Which is obviously my fault. But I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, so I could then make the same one just with a different payment method. It was not even 15mins between confirming my order and me trying to cancel it.
But still, almost a week since this happened and these guys have not responded to confirm the cancellation. I have used the email on their insta page & even used some email linked to them that I got through PayPal and still no response. Even resorted to Insta DMing, Facebook Messenger and Reddit but absolutely nothing.

PayPal has already flagged me because I can't afford the once-off payment, and they tried to withdraw the money from my account.

It's not such a big deal in the grand scheme of things of course, but it's just soo sketchy that your customer service is this bad and virtually non-existent.

Not sure what Imma do if the clothes arrive, but hopefully based on some people's reviews here, they don't actually arrive (fingers crossed). If they do arrive, i'm not even going to open the package and will have them returned to KOYYE at their cost.

I am so pissed with this customer support!! Like no way! This is just so sketchy.

PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF DEALING WITH THESE GUYS! It's a shame cause their designs are pretty faya, but everything else about them just, like I have already said, comes off really really sketchy!

No responden a ningún email son unos estafadores

I've sent out multiple emails on the status of my clothes that have been waiting on since Oct 16th. Not a single response to any of my emails. I hate drastic measures but I'm left with no other option. Maybe negative reception will get their attention.

Have been trying to get in touch with customer service for days and haven’t heard anything back. They claim to respond within 24-48 hours

My order said it has been delivered, however, it has not. I emailed them and they said they could issue a refund or redeliver. I responded to their email and I have not got any response…

Bought some overalls, quality was terrible when it finally arrived and the sizing is not as it seems.

SCAM DO NOT BUY, brought some jeans that said arrived, which didn't then after back and forth emails basically blaming me for them being lost they ignored my emails and didn't refund my item do not purchase anything from this company

I wish I can give a big fat 0 on the review. I emailed their afservice email 2 times in 2 weeks. Never get any reply, after my order has been placed, has been more than 2weeks with no updates of packing or sending to me. No information other than just they received my orders, which I would know because you took my money already. Why would I not knowing you received my orders? Worst online shopping experiences ever. Don’t tell me to email afservice email they don’t reply, what is the point of having customer services when they do not reply????????

SCAMMERS, sue them already for not even sending my order and no answer on the mails, I'm waiting an answer from my lawyer
