Seaweed clip
Seaweed clip was as described, average price paid when compared to other vendors. Shame it took a week to arrive usaly items arrive within a couple of days but I'm happy with product and will continue to use kraken for future purchases

Never received the H2 Ocean salt we…
Never received the H2 Ocean salt we ordered. This is the second time they have failed to deliver it. Stop using Royal Mail and use a proper courier. Item was refunded and I bought elsewhere

Expired product
Ordered the Compact Lab test kit. The expiry date of the kit had already passed. Contacted for a replacement/refund and refund offered. Which makes me think they don't have any kits that are in date. Will shop elsewhere in future.
