I love these products! I have been using the face wash and makeup remover for over a year. My orders always arrive on time and my skin loves the ingredients.

Great Barrier Relief did nothing but irritate, not worth it.

Similar to others, my experience suggests this company appears to be a scam. I placed an order that was never received. The tracking continued to show ‘out for delivery’ for two days past the delivery date, then back tracked to show ‘delivered’ on the original date. I have contacted their ‘customer service’ three times with no response. And, despite claims on their site, they have no live chat feature. You’re just sent in a continuous loop back to your order details. It’s interesting… I also noted when ordering that they offered additional coverage in case your package is lost. I paid for this coverage…and nothing. Maybe this is part of the scam? Bottom line, this was my first and last order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Right now I am in the middle of a cancellation/shipping process with this company as of December 31, 2021 AND I FEEL I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.

The status of my shipment has remained the same since the beginning of the purchase.
I am desperate with this whole situation. Right now I have a nephew dying of cancer and this situation just adds more stress to my life ....It takes them a thousand days to respond to an email.

At this point I don't want the products anymore, I just want them to cancel the order and give me my money back and I can concentrate on what really matters to me which is being with my family.
I really don't understand how a relatively new company that is not cheap and with the competition in the market doesn't take more care of customer service and manage or invest more in efficient shipping systems.

A pity because I really wanted to try their products

The Great Barrier Relief is absolutely amazing. The cold winter damaged my skin so badly that nothing helped. I found out about this product and wanted to try immediately. Within LESS THAN 1 WEEK my skin is already absorbing moisture and looking healthy again. Definitely recommended, this is my new HG.

I checked my packages order status and it says it’s delivered. But I never received my product I checked outside and the mailbox. I asked my neighbors none of them had it. I am so disappointed because this isn’t the first time I had a bad interaction with their delivering services. Last time I had to argue with the post office just to get my product that they never delivered last time. I had to pick it up from the post office. Remember this was last time. This time I never received my product and the company Krave beauty just only refunded my shipping cost not my products cost. I contacted the post office and sent them emails none of them replied. AT THE END OF TODAY I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND THIS WHOLE PURCHASE WAS A SCAM.
This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying skincare products online. I’m never ordering from Krave beauty anymore I just lost it.

I haven't used any of my products yet. Just got them yesterday. Took less than a month to get here, and I'm impressed. Since I placed my initial order with KB, I've ordered about 5 more times. They just keep showing stuff that I've read/heard about that I want to try. This and StyleVana (one n, or two?) are the only two places I feel safe ordering my Korean skincare. I can tell you one thing, though, those CosRx zit patches don't work.
