The whole transaction went smoothly, the owners were accessible and pleasant to deal with.

This guy throws out useless offers. He does NO research on the area and sends out mass mailings. Offered 13k on a lot I just sold for 38k. Offered 26k on 2 lots that are going for 65k. He does NOT know the areas or the market values. His offers are useless.
