I had a very disappointing experience with Krepubliq. Throughout my interaction, I felt I was given inconsistent and misleading information, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Communication was unclear, and when I questioned certain details, the responses didn’t add up.
At one point, I raised concerns about conflicting information, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, the situation became more confusing. This made it difficult to trust the process and left me feeling like I wasn’t being dealt with transparently.
Overall, the experience felt drawn out and poorly handled. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, keep records of all communication, and be cautious before proceeding. My wife has now switched to Natio and Nude by Nature. So do yourselves a favour and remove yourself from this embarrassing backyard company.

The Pigmentation Forte works and is amazing. I used it on my face morning and night, on my large age spot, which took about 6mths to become completely unnoticeable. I still apply the Pigmentation Forte 3 times a week for maintenance

The pigmentation product doesn’t work. I told the company, but they didn’t wanna know me.

My skin looked like I was a snake shedding it's skin. I have complained BUT they said I should try this and that and NOTHING worked It has NO hydrating effect on my skin. And now I WANT MY MONEY BACK 90DAY REFUND??

I’m loving the glass skin moisturiser, but after using the smallest bit every morning after 4 weeks and it’s already empty, is there actually 50g of cream in the container or do they include the weight of the container?! Seems like it… not worth the money, very disappointing and a shame it’s a nice cream!

I think the product is largely good, but the application problems overwhelm the benefits. I purchased 4 kits, after being impressed with the first. I put the problems down to inexperience initially, but after using several boxes, I have experienced the same discouraging issues. Removing the lid from the serum bottle has resulted in cutting my fingers - the metal material is much to hard and sharp. The second problem is the stamp. 2 out of 6 worked quite well, but the other 4 didn’t allow for the product to flow. I followed the instructions to the letter. I even sent an email explaining the problem, but the only reply was a repeat of the instructions I already had. I’ve just opened my last box, have cut two fingers in the process of emptying the product bottle into the stamp bottle, let it sit upside down for 15 minutes, and then - again found that the product didn’t flow.
Great marketing, not so great with customer satisfaction.

My husband bought me krepubliq for Mother’s Day. After ordering 1 lot SAW 2 FOR THE PRICE OF ONE AND DECIDED TO GET ME ANOTHER TWO 2 DAYS LATER. BUT ON ARRIVAL I RECEIVED THE 3 BAGS OF PRODUCTS BUT ONLY 1 HAD THE FINISHING GLAZE AND NO ESSENSE IN EITHER OF THE BAGS. ONE BAG HAD ONLY 3 PRODUCTS IN IT VERY DISAPOINTED AND WILL NOT BUY AGAIN

Very disappointed with glass skin finishing glaze. 26 pumps later and nothing ! Ive checked that there is nothing hindering the product opening. I can now see why the advert in Australia says "you can remove the top to ensure you can use every last little bit". Can't get first application out without opening the jar. Shouldn't it have tubing or something similar for the ingredient to.be forced up through the opening. If im doing something wrong please advise. Total waste of $'s, won't be buying again.

No customer service other than an email address but no response.

I bought your pigmenation product to use on my decolletage but now ive ended up with a red rash where i applied it. Obviously went in the bin,,,,not impressec.

Salmyn product doesn't come out of the pricking bottle, stabbing my face for ages, just rubbish, YOU WON'T GET A REFUND either,I wasted $300- Made in CHINA, JUST A SCAM, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.I REPEAT, SCAM!!!

Been using for over 2 weeks and not impressed. My skin has become dry and flaky and the eye serum burns my skin. Not recommended and have stopped using.

Hi I gave 1 star because I had a bad reaction to the products.My eyes swelled I actually couldn’t see through my eyes when I put the eye serum on.My skin went so dry and itchy that my skin actually tore.I actually sent a photo they didn’t seem to worry to much but told said to use something else I just stopped using it and sent everything back.its certainly not for me good news I got my refund in a timely matter in saying that I waited 7 days didn’t hear anything so I emailed again it wasn’t until they got back to me and asked for my tracking number so I’m glad I sent it so I could track it after they got the tracking number the money was put in so all up it was around 10 days so my advice is make sure you can track it after reading the reviews which I should of done before I ordered.So many people had the same reaction that I did

I bought pigmentation forte a while ago and used it according to the instructions absolutely useless if anything it dried my skin. I see they are advertising it again on the t.v and I just had to write this review. I received some other products as well I should have sent it back

I’m 74 years old. I tried to use the salmon needle but couldn’t use it. I got a reply saying it took awhile to prime after trying again. I still couldn’t get it to work properly. I’ve been trying for the last 2 1/2 weeks to get a return address but their email customer service is full and I’m getting no help. It would be really good if they would follow up on the customers who have got problems with it. It may be very good for young people but when you get to my age it just isn’t working.

Absolute rubbish product, collagen check & forehead mask went dry & horrible. The deep wrinkle & finishing glaze was stingy on my skin, a little got into my eye & burnt, definitely not trusting this on my face. Did my money got rid of it.

It’s a bit hit and miss. The serum, cleanser and finishing glaze were really nice but the magic balm is almost unusable. It’s so greasy and remains thick and sticky on your skin no matter how sparingly you apply it.

I also bought the salmon micro infusion kit. I followed all directions but the stamp vial wouldn’t prime and barely any serum came out. It feels like I’ve just thrown a heap of money away there and I have no idea if it would produce results as I had to give up when it only stamped mostly dry patches.

I’ve been using the products since just before Xmas and I love them. The cleanser cleans off makeup better than any cleaner I have used before without multiple cleansing. The eye stick has made my eyes brighter and less sunken looking and my skin is clearer with less bumps. The only product I wouldn’t buy again is the pigmentation cream as I don’t think it worked for my skin but I didn’t really have much pigmentation concerns. I have worn foundation pretty much every day of my adult life to cover redness, sunken eyes, acne and bumps and I haven’t worn any in the last 2 - 3 weeks as I don’t see the need. While my skin isn’t perfect I have used so many other options over the years and never felt like o could do away with my daily foundation.

Their customer service is amazing as well. I recieved an order today and 1 item was missing so I emailed them about 10am. By 4pm I had my Aus Post tracking number for the missing item. Amazing.

I used these products for about 3 months , did not improve my skin at all.
