We clearly label preorder, made-to-order, and in-stock items on each product page, including estimated shipping timelines prior to checkout. This is my second bad experience with KKB. I originally had ordered Valentine's Day sweaters, which I never received. Multiple emails were sent back and forth with the customer service representative telling me they had delivered my items to be told they had not shipped my full order. I finally accepted a store credit because they will not offer a refund to original payment. So moving forward, I placed an order for a ring in February, which still had not arrived after the preorder stated wait time of 5-6 weeks. I reached out regarding the order and was told it would be another 5-6 week wait on the item. I am not expecting to see the ring or my money I am making a claim with my bank for a fraudulent order. This company is definitely not worth ordering from.

Ladies let me save you the hassle and scamming experience. I ordered from Krush Kandy boutique on February 28th. I hadn’t gotten a tracking number so I reach out and get an email they will check on the order give them a few days. I never got a response so I filed fraud with my bank. The bank communicates with them they make a shipping label. A few days later they canceled the shipping label. They did this just to avoid me getting my money back. I finally got one of the shirts in two days ago. A size large and it’s the sizing of an extra small and still haven’t received my other top but it should be here Monday. This is a legit company. They have lives and are based out of Arizona. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a boutique. While dealing with this I looked up reviews and they’re all nightmare stories like mine. Beware my friends beware.

I emailed them multiple times asking when I would receive my order I made in DECEMBER of 2025 and they keep saying “it takes a while to make our earrings” and “ would you like a store credit” no I just want what a paid for 4 MONTHS AGO

Poor refund service
I placed an order at the beginning of February, sent several emails, received return emails, but no definitive time was given to receive my clothing & shoes. I finally asked for a refund, nothing yet. I ordered made to order jewelry that came first. The clothing should have been in stock & shipped already. I think Kristen is mainly trying to sell her jewelry. seems not to be worried about the other things she is selling. At this juncture, I just want my money back. Not happy with this at all.

If I could rate it a 0 I would! This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I originally ordered a ring that never shipped. After waiting eight weeks and sending multiple emails, I either received no response or canned automated replies that did not address my questions. Eventually they issued me store credit instead of the refund I requested.
When I used that store credit, I ordered an item that was advertised as shipping within 1 to 3 business days. Instead, it took 25 days to ship and 32 to arrive. During that time I again received the same automated responses and no real answers from customer service.
To make matters worse, my husband ordered a ring and necklace for me for Christmas 2025. The ring did not arrive until the end of January 2026, and as of March 10, 2026 the necklace still has not arrived.
Between the extremely long shipping delays, lack of communication, and refusal to issue refunds, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

If I could rate them lower, I would! I ordered 3 items in November. All three items said they were in stock and had 3-4 day shipping. One item was for an event and did not arrive in time. I just received the last item in March! Customer service is the WORST! And none of the products were as described. Do yourself a favor and just flush your money down the toilet and save yourself a headache!

This issue began on October 19, 2025.
After months of back and forth, my return was confirmed received and I was told in writing on November 14 that the exchange would be created in the correct size. I waited until March 2, 2026 for the preorder to arrive.
Today, after more than four months, I received the sweater in the exact same size I originally returned.
This has been one of the most disorganized and frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Repeated delays, broken follow through, and now an incorrect exchange after months of waiting.
I cannot recommend this business.
Never received order
Ordered 11/25/25 said was made
To order turquoise earrings. Is now 2/25/26 everytime I email about status they email me back that since it’s made to order it’s taking longer and they’re behind. I asked for a refund but I the only way to get a refund is if I pick something else from their boutique. My daughter said she don’t want nothing from there. The earrings was to be a Christmas present for her. I will never order again from this company.

I would never recommend buying anything from Krush Kandy ever! I ordered a white sweater for $58.00 on 11/12/25. It specifically said it was white and if I could show you it is more yellow. I received it on 11/29/25. I returned the sweater with a return card from them on 12/15/25 with a credit from them. I ordered 2 sweaters with the credit on 12/26/25 and finally received them on 2/23/26. That is almost 2 months after I ordered. The length of time it takes Krush Kandy is uncalled for. Unless you want to wait months before receiving your order, I would highly recommend not buying from them!!!
KRUSH KANDY IS NOT WHERE ANYONE SHOULD ORDER FROM.
Ordered and paid for 2 pair of jeans, emailed them for shipping info, tracking info, ANY INFO to no avail. I so wish I had read the reviews first. Now that I have, I cannot recommend them or give them any stars, had that been an option, I would have left negative stars. Please do not order from this boutique. Honestly, I wonder if they are even legitimate.

Here is what I have directly and consistently observed on Trustpilot:
1. Many positive reviews appear to come from people connected to the business
Trustpilot guidelines require reviews to reflect genuine, independent customer experiences. Numerous positive reviews appear to be written by individuals closely connected to the business, including employees or immediate family members, without disclosure, and remain published.
2. Positive reviews receive enthusiastic, personal responses
The business responds at length to positive reviews with warm, emotional messages praising loyalty, community, and support.
3. Negative reviews raising complaints consistently receive no response
Reviews raising concerns about orders, communication, delays, refunds, or service do not receive meaningful responses. Customers asking for help or resolution are left unaddressed.
4. Selective engagement creates a misleading public picture
Praise is amplified and celebrated, while complaints are met with silence. This prevents customers from seeing how issues are handled and gives the impression that problems do not exist when, in fact, they remain unresolved.
5. Negative reviews are flagged instead of addressed, and misuse of flagging is not reviewed
Rather than responding to complaints, the business flags negative reviews in bulk. Trustpilot’s process evaluates whether the reviewer responds to a request, not whether the business is misusing the flagging system. As a result, reviews may be removed due to missed deadlines, while repeated flagging of only negative reviews continues without scrutiny.
6. Complaints themselves are not examined
In practice, unresolved complaints are not reviewed for accuracy or resolution, meaning negative feedback can disappear procedurally while the underlying issues remain unaddressed.
7. Reviews are actively encouraged with incentives and coordination
The owner has publicly encouraged customers and supporters to leave reviews while offering incentives such as store credit, discounts, or app rewards and urging supporters to help raise ratings.
8. Review solicitation occurs across multiple channels
Requests for reviews have occurred during live sales, on social media, through private messages, and on other review platforms, reinforcing the appearance of organized rating management rather than organic participation.
9. Negative reviewers are discredited instead of helped
In the company’s own Trustpilot description and public commentary, negative reviewers are framed as competitors, trolls, or bad actors rather than having their concerns addressed on the merits.
10. Reviewers are personally targeted and discouraged
After leaving a negative review, I was personally referenced and criticized publicly. Other negative reviewers have been contacted privately and asked for personal or identifying information, including addresses, despite Trustpilot stating that reviewer anonymity is protected.
What remains visible is a consistent pattern: praise is welcomed and rewarded, while customers with problems receive no assistance. Negative feedback is ignored, challenged procedurally, or discouraged, while repeated misuse of the flagging system is not addressed.
I am sharing this so customers understand that ratings, AI summaries, and visible responses may not reflect how complaints are handled — or whether they are handled at all. Silence toward negative reviews is not resolution.
This review reflects my firsthand experience and what is publicly visible on Trustpilot at the time of posting and is shared for transparency and consumer awareness.

This company is a scam.
I ordered jeans, they didn’t fit, and I tried to return them. Was told only store credit offered. That’s fine. Selected a jewelry item, which was “custom made to order”. I waited over 8 weeks to receive it. Nothing. Finally received store credit again. Reluctantly selected three items of clothing. Never received. Now, the customer service communication has become unresponsive. Fun times.

Love KKB just received the cutest pants in the mail, that Kristyn featured in her live just last week! She goes out of her way to find the cutest styles, with the highest quality all for affordable prices! She finds the perfect items that fit every body type and I think that’s really important. As someone who is 5ft 2in and thicker it’s hard to find stylish pants that aren’t wayyyy long and still fit be nicely! Most clothing brands cater to tall, skinny figures. I thought straight leg pants would never work with my body. But thanks to Kristyn, I now have a few pairs that I love and have become staple pieces for me!
