I’ve been to kstars shop multiple times and never had any issues until very recently. I bought an album from in store, the album itself was £24 in total with 3 inclusions the main one being 1 photocard, unfortunately this photocard was missing from the album. I understand that this is a manufacturing fault and not the shop itself however I was bit disappointed when I was only offered £3 in compensation and nothing else. I have bought a damaged album from the store before that only had a small bend on the corner and that was £3 off it’s usual price. Considering I have seen them sell resealed albums (something they said they couldn’t do) on their discount shelf before even ones that are missing photo cards I was a little confused when they couldn’t do that with the one I bought and given me a new one instead of giving me money back or at least given a bit more money as then I could of bought a photocard separately(usually priced between £7-£15 depending on seller)(they actually had a POB photocard for the same album worth £7 on sale but I could not get it) Usually good just disappointed with this purchase.

The best Kpop shop in the UK for online and in store purchases! Everything is well priced and they stock a lot more than albums, including lightsticks and pickets. Would recommend to any Kpop fan 💜

I have been ordering from kstars for a year now and I cannot fault them. delivery times are impeccable. the offers and sales they do are amazing and noting is overpriced. their range of albums, merch and photo cards cannot be faulted. they are hands down my favourite K-pop shop to order from. if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
