Dear Customer,
The product details like length and size given on the datasheet provided below the short description. Also chain size chart given for your reference below the "Add to cart Button". Before purchase customer need to check the size with datasheet and size chart. The photographs of the products are not scaled to size. Most of the products are magnified or close up shots and size and colour may vary when physically seen.

Dear Customer,
As we have informed you once dispatched the order we can not cancel it. Normally speed post delivers in 4-7 business days. We got your order on Feb 8th, at 8 pm; so we dispatched it on 9th as usual. We have no control over speed post, We can not predict when they will deliver. If you do not want the item you can reject the item when the parcel reaches you. You will be refunded once we receive the order.

I have lost money on 2 products I have…
I have lost money on 2 products I have bought . The anklets - one is hsorter than the other. Bangle bracelet - received a very small sized one than ordered. I have not received replies to any of my e-mails which I had sent with photographs of the the anklets pair & also of the screenshot of your website which lists bangle bracelet in the size I have ordered. The customer support seems to be interested in establishing they have not done anything wrong and does not provide actual support. There is no replacement. If you want refund, you have to spend money from your pocket and send it back to their office. I am disappointed.

Dear Customer,
As we discussed earlier, we can refund only if you return the product. Without receiving the product we can't refund or replace it. It is right that customers have to pay for sending a parcel to us. We are sending through DTDC and speed post, they do not provide a return shipment facility. If the return request is due to our fault we refund the shipping cost to our customers otherwise customer bares it.
So please send back the items to get a refund or replacement as u wish. Please note that only the anklets can be replaced, the bangle is only one size which you got is available with us which is adjustable. We will give refund for that.
