I ordered led wall lights on the 22nd March 2026. It is now 15 April 2026 and I have no details on actual delivery. The emails I have been receiving seem to be fake Australia Post tracking numbers and other couriers from China. I keep getting told my product is getting cleared in customs, but there is no tracking forthcoming like it would normally have when transported into the country. This seems to be a scam. I paid over $700.

Unfortunately, these guys have the worst logistics employees ever. They never know where things are going. The second thing is they are a bunch of liars and never refunded me what I was owed. Never buy from these guys again!

Can't change program on lights. Very poor back up on product. Definitely having a trust issue with the validity of this company

placed an order, recieved the order number but unable to track it, just says order not found, had no replies to emails regarding said order

I ordered a laser from them because they promise fast delivery and I had a job needing one. They created a shipping label and then it sat on their end for a week and a half. I emailed them and took another week and a half to get a response. Their response was to provide the order number that I had already included in the email. The laser was shipped the same day I received the email response. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will be returning the laser unopened and going with a more dependable company.

Scammers. Did not send the goods. Fake UPS tracking code. Does not respond and ignores messages. I bought a laser for €1,200.

First order
I recieved the 150W 4 in 1 Moving Head Light-E2
one corner was broken. I send a photo and email. In the mean time i glued it. The company will provide me a new corner. The light is fantastic. Never see a light like this. I ordered two more. I will continue this review when i recieved the next two lights.

Ordered a 4 hole 3 laser light and got a children's toy. They argued the point and said couldn't open the pictures. Passed it on to PayPal who where as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Was told to download return forms that were in mandarin. If you want lights use temu. Come from the same company but cheaper. I will never use again

Cheap Chinese crap.
Lasers failed after 2 months.
Avoid.
