Your order was placed during the Chinese New Year period, which is the busiest holiday in our supply chain. During this time, many of our suppliers temporarily close, which unfortunately caused unexpected delays and limited communication from their side.

We agree that this should have been communicated to you more clearly, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of timely updates and the confusion regarding tracking information.

As soon as it became clear that the delay would extend beyond a reasonable timeframe, we issued a full refund to ensure you were not left waiting indefinitely. We also included a message explaining the situation and advising when normal operations would resume, though it seems this may not have reached you, and we regret that.

This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we are actively improving how we handle holiday periods, stock visibility, and customer communication to prevent situations like this in the future.

Edit: We have sent you another item, and it's now currently available for pickup at a PostNL outlet in Breda, Netherlands (Tracking: Please check your email). We have sent the pickup details and location information to your email, hopefully you can collect the parcel before 13 March 2026 to avoid it being returned to us.

We have also attempted to reach you multiple times by email but have not yet received a response. We remain ready to assist and are happy to help as soon as we hear back.
