Fijne en eerlijke kleding

Fijne en eerlijke kleding. Over het algemeen is het een klus om kleding te vinden met respect en waardering naar de makers van de broek / riem. Dat heb ik gevonden bij Kuyichi. Dat staat bovenaan.
Voorts pleit ik ervoor om duidelijker instructie te geven hoe de maat van de riem moet worden opgemeten. Ik heb nu een riem die te lang is. Terugsturen is gedoe. En daarna 2 kortere riemen besteld. Mooie, soepele en functionele riemen met oog voor eenvoud.
Wat betreft de maatvoering van de broek. De lengtemaat 32 is net iets te lang en lengtemaat 30 is te kort. Het zou fijn zijn om ook lengtemaat 31 in te voeren.

De stof is prachtig al had deze nog wel…

De stof is prachtig al had deze nog wel iets 'ruiger' mogen zijn maar het is verreweg de mooiste en best passende spijkerbroek die ik heb. Ik twijfelde over de duidelijk geadviseerde maat maar deze is perfect gebleken. Top! De vertaling is beroerd, maar u begrijpt het wel he?

The best jeans I own

Great jeans, perfect fit, soft and comfortable. I ordered twice from here and I'm super happy. Delivery to Germany was extremely fast. Check their return policy before purchasing - they're responsible and fair so obviously you pay a few euros of shipping cost if you return.
100% recommended!

Nie wieder!

Service ist extrem langsam. Habe die zu große Hose an die korrekte Adresse zurück geschickt, wurde dort zugestellt. Kuyichi drückt sich um die Erstattung!

Dear Johanna, thanks for your review. I've checked the information and noticed that you've returned your order outside our regular return portal, which means we're not able to track the order. Furthermore, you've send it to the DHL depot in Germany instead of our warehouse in the Netherlands. The combination of this has caused the delay in your refund. After our warehouse in the Netherlands luckily did receive the return the refund has been processed immediately.
I hope this resolves the issue, if not, please feel free to reach out to us again.

Viele Kuyichi-Hosen

Ich habe von Kuyichi bereits viele Hosen im Flared-Stil bestellt, die sehr schnell geliefert worden sind.
Die letzte Hose, ein Bootcut-Jeans, die ich am 28. August 2025 bestellt und bezahlt habe und jetzt bewerten soll, ist bisher noch nicht angekommen.

Service ist ausbaufähig

Ich habe einen Jeans online bestellt und hierfür auch einen Rabattcode von 10% genutzt. Da die Hose in meiner Größe leider deutlich größer ausfiel, habe ich sie zurückgesandt, musste hierfür aber 6€ Versandgebühren bezahlen. Für die dann in anderer Größe bestellte Hose konnte ich den 10% Gutschein nicht mehr einsetzen. Die Erstattung des Betrages aus der ersten Bestellung hat sehr lange gedauert. Die Hosen riechen übrigens sehr unangenehm nach Waschmittel.

I'm sorry to read you had a poor experience with our brand. Handling returns involves more than shipping. Each item must be received, checked, and repackaged and sometimes can’t be resold. These steps take time and resources, making returns costly for both people and the planet. This is way we communicate on our product page and shipping and returns page about the shipping costs we calculate for returns. Usually when a new customer uses a 10% discount code and returns the order upon request we offer a new 10% discount code. If you could reach out to us via email at webshop@kuyichi.com and mention your order number, we can still refund the 10% discount.

Flair!

De vriendelijkheid, het vertrouwen en dit is mijn 2e item allebei een Lisette flair. Met de eerste was/ben ik zo blij dat ik er nog eenzelfde in een andere kleur bij wilde. Hoop dat ze wel een tijd meegaan, want dat mag ook onderdeel zijn van het concept!

Disastrous returns policy

I want to send trousers back because they do not fit. Now the odysee starts. One need to give you credit card information to buy a 6 € sticker for shipping costs. I can not use the offered "ideal", which is probably a system that works only for dutch people. When I ordered, I payed with paypal, that was no problem. But now you want my details. Cmon.

I do not have a problem at all paying the return myself. But this is just bad and leaves a bad taste as other people already wrote.

Additionally, every jeans ordered was single packed in plastic. Really - aren´t you pretendig to be sustainable?

Thanks for your review and feedback.
We're currently reworking our return policy to better suit the German market.
Unfortunately, as the return portal is not ours, we're not able select the payment methods. However, we're now working on including the return labels in the original shipments, after which the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. I hope if there's a next time you order with us we'll be able to offer this. As for the individually packed items; we used to not have our products packaged individually, however this caused for many dusty and dirty clothes, which is impossible to prevent in the big warehouse we work with, which is why we decided to package them to prevent having dirty and dusty clothes which are not sellable.

Je cherche à connaître les modalités de…

Je cherche à connaître les modalités de retour sur kuyike sans succès. Après un mail à l 'adresse indiquée sur le site, je n'ai aucune réponse. Ce qui est inquiétant car sans leur réponse je n'ai pas les informations concernant les modalités de retour. Surtout que les retours doivent être faits dans les 15 jours. Est ce un moyen de leur part d'éviter que les clients non satisfaits ne puissent pas être remboursé. Concernant les articles commandés je suis très insatisfaite car ils ne ressemblent en rien aux photos sur le site de kuyike. Les vêtements sont de qualité très mauvaise au regard du prix payé. Je ne recommande pas ce site.
