Isaac called me. I understood they could not do certain things and they have their processes. However, Issac would NOT listen to me, constantly interrupting me and then hung up. Very bad for a service base company.

If she does not have an answer to a question or is unsure she finds the correct information to solve the questions. I think it is a Financial Adviser you can rely on.
