Pretty Good
The company was very easy to work with. I was able to see a mock up of the jerseys before I ordered them. Shipping was also quick.
My only complaint was the pink color shown on the website/mock up was not nearly as bright once we received the jerseys. They still looked fine, we were just really looking forward to the bright pink color. The manager did refund me a small amount for this mishap.

We’ve processed the partial refund as discussed. To prevent this in future, we now confirm Pantone codes for bright colors and share a daylight fabric proof photo before production. Takes way too long to ship a non custom…
Takes way too long to ship a non custom pair of pants. Wanted to charge $20 to cancel an order that all they had to do was pull the pants off shelf and ship it. Horrible customer service and would highly recommend NOT using them for anything. Let a kid down must be the worst feeling

Even for non-custom items, our fulfillment process includes quality checking and packaging steps before shipping to ensure every product meets our standards. That can sometimes take a bit longer than expected.

NOT HAPPY…sizing is all wrong
Design was great. Initial contact was great.
Expedited ship is a fail, took 3 times as long
Sizing was a fail, size chart not accurate
One shirt was the wrong color, yall seem to think I’m making it up but it is green not brown
When i submitted my pictures to show the problem I was met with …”we reveiwed you r order and we are right and you are wrong.
NOT HAPPY…will not use again or recommend.
This was for my husbands 60th birthday trip and now it’s just disappointment and I have to go spend more money elsewhere to fix the problem.

Small Logo
Jersey quality was good, but the logo, number and name bar are all smaller than they should be. The proportions are off and make the jersey look a bit off.

Customer service and shipping times are abysmal
Placed an order on September 25th for a Jersey on October 5th it arrived in Los Angeles and as of October 13th it is still in Los Angeles. When I contacted the company to ask why my package was delayed for a week just sitting in LA I was told oh don't worry check back in a few days. Very unsatisfactory answer customer service is horrible shipping times are far longer than they say I will update this once I receive my item.
I really hope the item is at least decent quality because I paid way too much for a horrible customer service and lousy shipping time it better at least be good quality.
