Painful/Impossible Returns process: I ordered two pairs of plain baseball…
I ordered two pairs of plain baseball knickers (no design on the pants and zero customizations) for my 14 year old son. They are too big and I simply wish to return them. Per KXK’s request, I have provided photos of the pants straight out of the packaging. I am now on round two of them asking me to tape measure the pants and take more photos to prove they made them wrong. I never said they made them wrong. I just want to return them. It’s ridiculous. My read is that they will keep throwing road blocks at me until I decide not to return them.

Fast delivery on custom and reg template orders
It was even faster then the first few times that i placed a order from you. The custom shirts usually took longer but this time it did not in and it came with the other shirts that I ordered. The only complaint that I would have is the discount code that I arranged with you still does not function and I bought at least six shirts from you guys where I did not get that discount off. I am the person made the logo for my customized group.

More than exceeded my expectations
My daughter's dance team ordered custom jerseys from another company, but that company had horrible reviews and I was worried that our order wouldn't arrive on time. Instead, I sent kxkshop a photo of what we needed and told them about our short deadline. They created custom jerseys in 2 days and with rush shipping they arrived even earlier than I expected. They turned out so cute! If you have any questions, email support - they go out of their way to get you what you need, when you need it. I'll admit, I was surprised that the jerseys were such great quality and that they arrived from China in just a few days!

Was skeptical to order the jersey at first, wasn’t sure if the quality of the jersey were going to be good. But they exceeded my expectations!! Order was for adult mens league basketball and they were all impressed can’t beat the price neither. Will be ordering softball jersey in summer forsure!

I ordered expedited shipping and it still arrived two weeks late. The color on my blank jersey is a complete different color. The quality 1-10 it’s a 3. I emailed customer service and it was a headache he did not want to give me a refund. He said a partial refund but added to my store wallet. That’s not a refund. That’s store credit. On the website it said a 30 day window worry free.

Sent me a jacket that was different…
Sent me a jacket that was different from the description that I ordered and said it was there mistake but there idea to fix the issue was to offer me $10 dollars off on my next order(doesn't even cover the shipping fee)so basically I'm stuck with a jacket that is different colors from what I ordered and more and likely will never wear ,kinda a waste of approximately $70 dollars😞

Kxk shop is AMAZING!
Kxk shop has always been great to work with! Their prices are unbeatable. Their quality is nice. Their customer service is quick to respond and very thorough! They’ve made my vision come to life with both of my teams’ basketball uniforms! So far we’ve ordered two sets of uniforms (23/24 season and 24/25 season) plus warm up long sleeve shirts. I’ve been completely happy with all of them! We usually order 10-11 custom items at one time and we receive them within 2-3 weeks! Amazing for a custom order from a whole different country. I’m in the United States. 10/10 would recommend them!
