Do not order anything from this company. My elderly neighbor ordered a dress for her granddaughter's wedding, which cost approximately $80.00 with shipping. Once received the sleeve is sewn upside down on one side and then both sleeves are at different lengths. They started out at refunding $10.00, now are at $28.00 refund. Here is their email: We are sorry that our product did not satisfy you. We can compensate you up to $28. Would you like to keep it? If you insist on returning, you need to pay the freight by yourself. This is our address: No 47, 107 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - UAE +852 81990571. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number.  DO NOT ORDER!

All products were as described! Love the material of everything. Company in contact regarding shipping and arrival.

Offered me a new pair of shoes in the correct size, as the ones they sent were at least 3 sizes too small. Had the option of...keep those we sent, and we will send a correct size. Or have a refund of appx £9.
I asked for the first option. The miniscule refund turned up instead, and now no-one will answer my messages.
Terrible customer service, and basically thieves. Also, why do they only ever respond to positive reviews?, no apologies or explanations to all us mugs who trusted them. Pathetic company.

The clothes I purchased were very nice quality fabrics, and as described. The order was taking a little longer than expected, so I sent an enquiry, and I received a prompt response. Goods arrived safely.

Customer service email absolutely no reply after trying twice. Material on sweater said acrylic/cotton on website. Its not!! Poor quality and not at all like the photo. Very disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of quality in the clothing that arrived. Cheap material & design & was not at all what was represented in the pictures. Will not be ordering again. Cheap price cheap product. I donated the red mini Christmas dress with the white pearls collar to a school play as it was material right out of the grinch’s Whoville. Really poor quality material.

The sweater fits perfect. It is soft. The mock turtle is just right.

Beautiful dress. Lovely material and well made except for me it was very low in the front so I had to get it sown together. Which wasn't a problem. Thanks. Would recommend this dress. Delivery took a while

trying to get a return label to return the 2 dresses. I love them but they are WAY too big. tried to send e-mail to get label and it wouldn't work. I am 79 years old and NOT very computor savy. How can you help me get the return labeel???

If there was a negative rating, I would give this company a -5...or more. I received my items and was not please with the quality. Nothing like the images. Asked to get the return address...they tried to offer my a partial refund without returning the clothes 3 times...I refused, finally got the address, sent the items back and waited for my refund. I asked several times and finally, after 6 months, they say I cannot get my refund as 6 months have past. So now I am out the cost and the return postage. They tell me to go to my bank. DO NOT BUY OR SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE BETTER VENDORS OUT THERE THAT ARE HONEST.

Don’t order from this company, their products are cheaply made. The customer service is non existent, nobody replies your E mails and you can’t return any items. No address, no contact number. Terrible company, be warned don’t order anything from their website. I have lost £70 for clothes I can’t wear and the sizes are totally wrong and the quality is awful.

Yes, you’re welcome to return their items. What they don’t disclose that you must return it to the overseas location from where it’s come. I purchased 2 dresses. They immediately offered me a credit of $15 and I could keep the items. I said no I wanted a refund. Since I paid $81+ they increased it to $28 and I could still keep the items, then very politely reminded me I would be responsible for the shipping If I returned the items. BTW - I ordered the sizes I was guided to buy - one was two sizes too small one was one size too small. Never again!!

I ordered two dresses for a wedding and was very pleased with both, still haven’t decided which one I will wear to the wedding. Had a lovely surprise that both dresses had pockets, I love having pockets. Highly recommend Kyocera.

Package finally arrived. The dresses fit well except the arms. Otherwise they were pretty good dresses.
