Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered a gold dress and when it came it was yellow and made out of very cheap material, and hang like a sack. I got in contact many times for a return with their 30 day policy and each time I was met with the same response, ignoring my return request and instead offering me 20% off their stuff. DO NOT BUY.

Really poor service, requested to cancel order at time I purchased and was told already shipped and I could return, now have a very poorly made item that looks nothing like the description or pictures and the customer service is appalling saying I have to pay shipping and customs to return and they’d offer 20% off next order instead - I will never order again as they are terrible DO NOT BUY FROM HERE the item was a dress for £45 and I am stuck with it and no response

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! as previous reviews, the dress was not the same as the photo! Tried to return but was only offered 10% then 20%. A total scam. I had to get my bank involved in the end.

Wish I could give 0, crap, cheap materials not true to size. Bow didn’t even come with one dress and after saying refunds no question asked, they’re not accepting my return and won’t offer the money.

Absolutely awful, run as far as you can from it. The dress took five weeks to arrive with no tracking information, no updates at all. When it arrived it looks nothing like the picture at all, cheap material with uneven stitching and wonky hems, completely see through and missing the corset bodice! When contacting customer service they don’t do returns or refunds unless you pay more than what you paid for the dress just to return it and instead they simply offer ‘20% cash back’ which is ridiculous for a fifty pound dress that you can get better quality of from Shein or temu. Scam of a company

Their website is badged as UK based and 30 day returns. The dress is very low quality compared to the picture. When trying to return they are reluctant to provide a returns address and offering a 20% refund instead. In the small print it states 'return costs are customers responsibility' but no mention of where you need to sens it!

I bought a dress for my daughter from this website for her prom as it boldly state that it’s free delivery to the UK and offers ‘30 days returns, no questions asked’.
The dress arrived but it is not as shown on the website - the bodice is completely different. It is not what my daughter thought she was buying.
I have contacted them to return the dress and been told they don’t offer support with the return (no returns portal) and want me to keep the dress but they’ll give me 30% cash back.
Do not buy from this site if you might need to return an item.
