We went for Umrah with my family. We worked with Br. Zubair and he was extremely helpful with all our inquiries. We really enjoyed the experience in Medina. The hotel location and everything about the hotel was amazing. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the hotel experience in Makkah. The hotel was not 5 star as it said online.

As I was planning my Umrah trip in Ramadan I contacted a lot of NY based agencies but they all giving me their dates so I went on to the Nusuk platform and found Labbaikhajjumrah
I contacted them and within 15 mins I got a call
The agent was Brother Easu I give him my dates I would like to travel and I would like to stay say 5-10 mins walk from the haram
And to my surprise Br Easu send me a package within 30-45 mins

We had a wonderful worry and stress free Umrah trip, Essa helped us the choose the right package which was at a very reasonable cost. He was so easy to communicate with, straightforward, very very polite and professional. My visa was done very quickly and sent to me over the phone which was very very quick and easy, no unnecessary appointments and hundreds of documentation, just quick and straightforward. After getting my visa done he also organised a transportation for my wife and me from Jeddah airport to our hotel in Makkah. OUTSTANDING !! Absolute Legend that is Mr Adil Hussain ! From beginning to the end of our Ummra my mother and I were looked after at every stage. From the drivers that took us to and from the airport, to the driver who drove us from Mecca to Medina were very professional, kind and thoughtful especially as my mother is a senior citizen and they went above and beyond to ensure our journey was comfortable and memorable.
